I called Payne's on a recommendation from another HAVAC repair company who could not figure out how to fix my units. I was told Mr. Payne and his son were honest and if they couldn't fix my air unit, no one could. From the moment I called, everyone has been very kind and professional . The lady who answered the phone we very helpful and got me scheduled when I could be available. Chris and Chris showed up today and immediately got to work. They were very professional and quickly figured out the problem. They gave me my options and made the repair quickly and at a great price. I believe my system is now working better than it has in 10 years. I am so impressed with the customer service, honestly and friendliness of this company. I am thankful we found this company.

Chris came to fix my AC after it stopped cooling. Within a matter of 10 minutes the job was done. He went the extra mile and took the time to explain what was wrong, which I really appreciated even though I have little to no knowledge about air conditioning systems! He also showed me the part that needed replacing, charged a very reasonable price, and made sure everything was good as new before leaving. I highly recommend Payne’s services if you’re looking for fast, affordable, quality work.

Mr. Payne was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was professional and very quick. No hidden fees or upcharging. I need an expedited repair on my heating and cooling and what I expected to be $1000+ dollar in work was easily done for a fraction of the cost. If you need heat or cooling done in your home I urge you to work with this man.

He and his co-workers worked long hours to finish even when they encountered unexpected problems. We are very pleased with the new system they installed.

Chris was recommended from another AC tech who retired. He came out quickly to diagnose the issue with our minisplit and provided a timely estimate with the option to repair what we had versus a replacement unit. The cost was close enough for us to replace it and I will say the replacement system is a terrific upgrade from my previous system and Chris was very professional along with his team. His communication was excellent and workmanship, cleanup was too. We will be recommending him to all our friends.

Last May, Paynes HVAC installed two new Ruud units at my house. Not only do the cool when it's hot, they warm the house when it's cold. As I write this, snow/ice covers them and the ground. Great recommendation Paynes!

I meet Austen and Noble Air Solution as he was servicing a Neighbor.. Austen is very professional and personal, we schedule appointment to 2 weeks out, however My primary unit stop working the following week, and Austen came out on Saturday a 6:00 and made the repair. Austen and Patrick camed back out serviced both my units, they also found a few things that l needed to take care in my system to make units more efficient. I am very please with Austen and Noble Air Solutions. They will be taking care of my sysems and I highly recommend them to take care of your HVAC system.

Noble Air Solutions came out to my property and quoted me on a completely new unit and duct system. Were able to install everything the next week and only took a couple days! Austen was very up front about the issues they ran into and made sure everything was done to Code and done correctly! I will definitely be using him on all my future projects and homes. Highly Recommend!

Noble air has been amazing from the start they have made this journey so easy. Calvin and Joe came out today and replace our HVAC and A/C system today, They did an amazing job. Very friendly and helpful. Our A/C works amazing now.
