I could not have asked for better service. Randall and Mike came out and installed a new coil. They were both professional, very efficient and kind. Being asthmatic and allergic to insulation, they went above and beyond insuring I was ok and out of harms way. They even cleaned up the loose insulation mess. Thank you thank you thank you.

I would highly recommend High Quality Heating and Air, Inc. They are friendly, responsive, and affordable. They came out to check what was wrong, identified the issue, explained clearly the potential timeframe to get the part and perform the repair, along with the low end and high end costs, and stayed in contact. The issue was repaired timely and with great customer service.

Mr. Causseaux did a great job along with his installers putting in our new system. Also spent the time to try and get more air to push toward a part of the house that was struggling to get air before and didn't leave until satisfied with the output of air. "High Quality" definitely belongs in the name of the company.

High Quality Heating and Air is the best of the best! They have been servicing my HVAC unit for years. Any time I call they are right there to solve the problem. Very friendly and responsive. A+ in customer service and you just cant find that around here any more. So grateful for them.
