Due to. Leak in our coil, we decided to go ahead and replace everything since our unit was at least 13 years old. He was able to accommodate our schedule and install it quickly. They improved our set up in the attic adding a switch to ensure there was no overflow in the drainage pan. All 3 workers were professional and courteous. They layed down drop cloth to minimize damage and keep the house clean. I 100% recommend Nick.

I just wanted to share my experience with Tad lock heating & Air conditioning .

I reached out to five AC companies to get our home unit cleaned. Out of the five, only one said they could clean it—but they were based in Bainbridge, GA. Their service was great, but the pricing was steep (which is understandable given the distance), so unfortunately it wasn’t the right fit.

The other four companies—based right here in Tallahassee—all pushed me hard to replace the unit entirely. They claimed it couldn’t be cleaned because it was “too old,” and quoted between $10,000–$12,000 for a full replacement. I was left feeling confused and a bit defeated.

So I turned to a local Tallahassee Facebook group for recommendations—and I got a ton of them. One name stood out: Tadlock.

I decided to give them a shot, and I’m so glad I did. Brittany, their customer service rep, contacted me almost immediately. She was incredibly patient, really listened to my concerns, and told me, “I have just the right guy for you—Logan.”

Sure enough, Logan came out the next day—on time—and did a thorough inspection. He was informative, kind, and didn’t pressure me at all. He explained everything clearly and gave me real options. I told him, “Just give me the dotted line—I’m ready!”

As a first-time homeowner dealing with fixer-upper stress, I can’t say enough how much of a relief this was. Tadlock didn’t just help me—they earned a loyal customer for life.

I can only say Logan, from Tadlock air conditioning really did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond. The first day he was able to restore my home to a livable comfortable temperature because it had become hotter inside than outside temperatures with temperatures 90 or greater 🌡. He understood I work crazy hours and had the patience to work around it. Really, the office person I spoke to who set my appointment was really nice and understanding also. Omgoodness, I am looking forward to have my vents, ducts and the whole system cleaned. I'll let you know how it goes but I am going to speak we have successful sessions into existence. Nick installed a new thermostat in one of my rental properties on short notice. From beginning to end he was very professional and knowledgeable. He even came during the middle of a storm and took meticulous care to ensure the thermostat worked properly by doing multiple heating and cooling tests before he left. I will definitely use Tadlock Heating and AC in the future again.

12/1/2025: As always, great service. Today was our semi-annual system inspection. The Tadlock service membership is well it.
checkup is included in the membership and picks up issues before they happen, esp worthwhile in an older system. AJ in the office and Nick on the call were great. Good comms on when tech is en route and pleasant, professional service.
