Scott came out today and saved me. My ac went out in my boutique on a very busy weekend. He was able to patch it up to hold me over through the weekend so my business wasn't affected. He 'll be getting me an estimate for a new system soon but was able to get me immediate help. THANK YOU SCOTT. I will always be asking for you.

We have done business with Air Control for years. Our previous unit lasted 22 years. We decided (on our own) that it might be time for a replacement. The new unit & handler runs quietly, efficiently, and was a good price. We are pleased with our Carrier product and the service we receive from Air Control.

I highly recommend Air Control Heating & Cooling for all of you heating and cooling needs. We had a new unit installed (inside unit, outside unit and all new duct work) we went with the 3.5 ton 16 seer Carrier system. They provided excellent customer service and were very professional from the start. I requested a quote online and got a call back in the matter of minutes to schedule. Curt come out on a Saturday to provide a quote, no other company that we contacted would come out on a weekend or after 5pm. We did get 3 quotes from different companies, no one come in with a lower quote than Air Control, but that's not the only reason we we chose Air Control. Not only did Curt come out on a Saturday, he also took about 45 minutes to walk around our home with us, took pictures but he also explained to us what things they would upgrade or replace and what systems were more energy efficient. Curt also told us if we needed them for anything before the install day let him know. We scheduled the install the day after Memorial day (June 1st and 2nd), but the Thursday before, we come home at 5:45 pm and had no AC! I shot Curt a text which he replied to immediately and the next morning we had AC again. When install day came around 3 trucks, 1 with a trailer and 6 men arrived on time ready to get started. Austin and his crew were friendly and professional. They got it all knocked out in the 2 days scheduled. Day 1, they got the new inside, outside units, new cutoff switches, new drain lines all installed and working so we had AC that evening. The next morning, Day 2, Austin and his crew arrived on time. They tore out all the old ducting and installed all new ducting in out attic on a hot June day. They all remained professional, courteous and friendly even with it being so hot. After finishing they hauled everything away, Austin even used a shop vac in our garage and on our driveway, making sure to leave nothing behind. We will be using Air Control for all of our HVAC needs in the future! Thanks Curt, Austin and all of the wonderful employees at Air Control Heating & Cooling! My experiences with Air Control over 28 years have been nothing but PROFESSIONAL!! They only hire quality people and expect nothing but quality out of them. Even in our retirement, it’s comforting to know that Air Control is there 24/7 .

Both Brandons are a pleasure to have servicing one's heat pumps. Mr. Black provided good advice regarding potential issues, but did not oversell.

Scott was amazing. He was under the gun time wise to diagnose where the problem {a shorted-out board} was occurring. He figured it out, ran and got the part and had me up and running shortly thereafter. Scott deserves praise and a raise for his professionalism and attitude. Highly recommended!

I have used Air Control for many years now, and have always been satisfied. I have them come for maintenance in the fall season to get me ready for winter and then again I have them come back in the spring for maintenance to get me ready for the hot summer months ahead. They are professional and reliable. My husband and I learned many years ago that maintenance on the AC and heating unit is well worth it and we feel we get more years of service out of the unit as a result.
