Service was outstanding, very knowledgeable, and I got a really good education on how my heating and A/C system actually works! There was no upselling, they did a thorough job of inspecting our system, made solid recommendations, found and fixed much needed maintenance issues at no charge, we immediately signed up for their twice yearly maintenance inspection, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!

John Jones is my go-to for AC and heating. Ryan came out to my house this past week when my AC wasn't working. I am a customer of a well known home warranty company and they had sent their own repair person out three times, without success. Since the warranty company doesn't use John Jones, I called John Jones myself and was willing to pay out of pocket just to have them, because I knew they were reliable and have well trained servicemen. Ryan was able to pinpoint the problem and had it repaired within 30 minutes of arriving at my home. He was knowledgeable, and very respectful of me and my home. Needless to say, I am cancelling my home warranty and will rely on John Jones for all of my AC and heating repairs going forward.
