John C Jones is total quality and great customer service. I have two properties and they respond same day no matter rain or snow. Yes we had snow in FL and they came right away to address our heat. The service team educated you and they are kind and helpful and clean after themselves. No team more reliable!!

Once in a while you stumble across a business that will surprise you with honesty and respect! This was my experience with JDJ! From the polite service at my initial call with a person who listened to my need and made sure to get me setup with a technician. Then the visit from the tech who also listed to my concern and put me on the right path with Fair and Honest options. I will definitely call upon this company again with any of my future HVAC concerns.

The young man, (Michael, right?), that provided our complimentary mainteance is amazing. He was very polite and personable. We have never had anyone that took the time to so thouroughly check our system from top to bottom inside and out! He is a good example of what good service should be. John D. Jones company does or periodic maintenance on our AC/heating unit. We signed up for the service last year. As time approaches for our maintenance, we receive an email reminder to call and schedule. The receptionist is pleasant and helpful with determining a time that works for us.
The day before our service, we received an email reminder along with a picture and name of the technician.
During the service, he was thorough and explained everything that he did.
This is a wonderful company to work with.

Phenomenal from the call. Great Demeanor on an "After Hours" situation. "Techz" are great and explain what they are doing to your system., extremely helpful and kind. A/C went out at my 97 year old mother's house and called John D Jones at 3:00 in the afternoon. They said no problem we'll have someone out in an hour. They did and a very professional and knowledgeable technician came out and had the unit up and running in no time. He even had the part needed to repair the unit on his truck.
Communication between the office and I was first rate with more professional employees than I have come to expect. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I couldn't be happier with them as our air-conditioning company. They have not only installed our air conditioner for us, but also a UV light. When AC did not work, they were here by afternoon

Long story short, called them for service, Ryan came out and managed to get my dying system to going again. It was 23 years old. Needed to be replaced. Gave me a reasonable quote for an entire system change out. Compressor, air handler, and thermostat. Set up an appointment for the following week. Showed up on the scheduled day (team of three) and got to work. Seven hours later and it was all done. Nice, quiet, and definitely more efficient. They have many options and I went with a system that they recommended. Middle of the road cost wise. 10 year warranty on parts, 2 year on labor. They also have multiple payment options. All of the people that i spoke to were great. Friendly, professional, and made my installation/repair a great experience overall. Would recommend to anyone.

I paid $293.55 that includes 2 units 20-Point inspection and Tune-up service maintenance. Covers 2 visits one in winter one in spring. They went above and beyond definitely getting your money's worth. Also found a small leak under the house I wouldn't of known about.

Their technician arrived on time. He investigated the unit and found the issue to be a loose wire on the thermostat. My biggest fear when dealing with HVAC is dealing with crooked service companies. These guys set the standard for honest and reputable service. From 400 miles away, I felt pleased that I found them and will continue to use them for my future needs in Tallahassee. Thank you!
