Lawson Heating & AC Services came highly recommended so I expected a lot. However, they exceeded all of my expectations. They were timely, responsive, affordable and clearly cared about their work. I am very happy with this company.

Had an issue with goop in my condensate pump. Called for help. Unit started running ok but talked to Josh and decided to have him come out and evaluate things anyway. Knowledgeable tech, very thorough, went through the system and found low freon but no apparent leaks. Unit is running much better and price was very good. They are in my contact list for the future.

AC quit working and we didn’t notice until around 7pm. We reached out to Lawson Heating & AC. They were there in an hour or so for an after hours call. They had the part in stock needed to get our AC working again in the summer heat. Quick, efficient and friendly service at a reasonable price. Especially for an after hours service call.

Called Lawson around 9am on a very hot sunny day. The Administrative Assistant Megan was very nice.

AC system was blowing but not cooling. Megan said she could work me in by 11 am.

Josh the service Tec arrived a few minutes before 11 and did a diagnostic check on my system and determined that the thermostat was not functioning properly.

Within the hour Josh had cool air blowing through our AC System.

Last night I came home to my house at 96 degrees at 7pm. I called Lawson heating and ac services and they showed up within an hour, had the part on the truck to fix it and had me up in running before 10pm without skipping a beat. I highly recommend them for all of your hvac needs. Brandon & Buddy were extremely professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the issue was and how they resolved it.

Called about issue with heating and they were at my house within an hour. Technicians were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and were very polite. Heat is working again and I am a happy customer.

I checked a lot of places in Tallahassee and no one even came close to offering the customer service that Josh and his team gave me. The prices were very competitive and best of all the unit and customer service were Beyond my expectations. They even moved some things around so that they could have my unit installed sooner. Believe me when I say I did my homework and research and I found no one in town that came close to these guys. They have won my business for life. Thank you Josh and team for the amazing and stress-free experience.

These guys are fantastic and do excellent work for extremely fair prices. They installed a new unit for me a year ago which has worked flawlessly ever since. I also have them do semi annual maintenance now on the unit too, and their price for maintenance is also very fair. Any concerns I’ve ever had, they promptly get back to me and get worked in very quickly. All of their technicians are especially kind and friendly, too. These guys check all the boxes for what you could ever want out of an HVAC company.

Technicians were able to come out to my house and assess the problem with my old AC system and replace it with a new system within a week from me first contacting them. Everyone I spoke/worked with was very kind, professional, and helpful.

Kylar did a great job! He showed up on time, fixed the AC fast, and was super friendly. I’d definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone.
