My family has used Donald Guy’s services for over 35 years. They have always given us excellent services! We had the wonderful opportunity to have Noah come and work on our units on Friday. He was extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. We hope to continue seeing him at future services:)

I called a they had a tech on the way, the problem was detected and a part ordered. The techs were knowledgeable and friendly and made my experience a great one. Highly recommend this company.

They called multiple times to make sure I knew exactly when they'd show up (and they came early!) on top of that, they took time to identify the problem and fix it quickly -- making sure to clean up along the way. Grateful to get to know this company!

My AC stopped working and my property manager sent Brydan and Zach from Donald Guy Heating and Cooling. These two were exceedingly polite and professional. They fixed the problem swiftly and also explained WHY which is something not everyone would do. I highly recommend them.

Donovan & Jake did a great job. Jake even took the outside condenser fan loose to wash down the coils from inside out. First time that has been done. Well pleased with the visit.

I reached out to Donald Guy for an issue I was having with my furnace. But after realizing it’s was a more expensive issue than I foresaw I was amazed by how generous and kind the owner, the technician and everybody was to me. They got my heat on, working perfectly the same day. These guys are amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Our heat stopped working suddenly in 20 degree weather. They came out at 8:30 PM (yes, in the evening) to fix our problem and did not leave until we had heat. They were also very nice and professional. I felt comfortable with them every step of the way.

He found the issue quickly and showed me a picture so I have confidence that the problem is resolved. Once adequate time passed for the unit to thaw out the air began working properly again. The young man was kind and professional.

I spoke with Charles, a manager, on 12/22. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t mind taking 30mins out of his day to speak with me about my AC unit and units in general. His patience and humility were refreshing. By listening to him, and then googling to further back up his claims, I learned I was being taken for an expensive ride by a big name company in town. He could have told me the same misinformation and charged a little less, but instead he was honest. His honesty will likely save me thousands. I made an appt with him that day to get a tune up/diagnostic.

1/31- Donavin showed up on time and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He came in, and we immediately knew we were in good hands. He was attentive, thorough, and patient. He answered all our questions and offered his advice. He gave us options and suggestions and allowed us time to think things through. I feel comfortable knowing that, whether our unit needs servicing or replacement, we are in good hands. Donavin also spoke highly of Charles, which made perfect sense because it totally aligned with my experience with him over the phone. I also spoke with Charles after my appt, and he again took the time to go over things with me after servicing and diagnosing my unit.

Overall, Charles and Donavin represent this company very well. If you’re looking for 1. clear communication with an explanation of issues, options, and pricing, and 2. No high-pressure sales for unnecessary work, give Donald Guy Heating and Cooling a call.

Very pleased with the service provided from Donald Guy HVAC. Brydan was the technician who came to check our system. He was excellent in his knowledge. We will never use another HVAC business.
