HVAC issues are never fun, and typically cost more money than you expected. This summer, my HVAC died (RIP 25-year-old unit), and Locke's came to the rescue - priced reasonably, very informative estimate, and the service techs went above and beyond to get me back up and running in record time. I would recommend this company - unfortunately, I cannot make HVAC issues better for you - just more manageable with an upstanding business like Locke's!

I called Locke’s heating and air from a referral from a friend telling me the outstanding service they provide. I came home from work to a hot house and I immediately called Locke’s it was on a Thursday afternoon at 4:37 PM when I called and they said they would be out as soon as possible. I received a text message saying that there was a service call and they would be in route within the hour. it was approximately 515 the owner of the company showed up and immediately started working on my AC within 15 minutes he found the problem and said he would have the parts first thing in the morning and would be back out at my house by 8:30 AM. he arrived a little bit before 8:30 on Friday morning within 15 minutes. He had the part installed and told me to turn on my thermostat and I was back up and running. I own a business myself and I know the importance of doing what you say you’re gonna do and when you say you’re gonna do it. I knew after this experience I have called the right company. I know that all problems might not be this quick and easy to resolve And I’m not a person to recommend or refer companies but after this experience with this company, I would highly recommend their service. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Had a great experience with Locke's.Got a quote to have a whole unit replacement,was very professional and affordable.Once quote was approved had a tech out the following week.Jason was our installer and was completely professional and very considerate to any questions we had.This guy stuck with it by himself and done the entire install.Got ready to start the unit and everything worked perfectly the first time.These guys run a great business and would highly recommend.

They were the only AC company in Tallahassee that would even take on this job. They removed my old AC window unit and installed my new unit. What an absolute blessing. They removed all debris from my home including hauling off the old AC.
