Came home from out of town during the winter storm to a heater that wasn’t working and a house that was 50 degrees inside. With a toddler and an infant in the house I needed it fixed asap. Called Donald Guy and they had a technician out within an hour who was extremely professional and thorough in diagnosing and fixing the issue. I’ll recommend Donald Guy to anyone that needs HVAC maintenance and will call them again next time I need it too.

As a many year resident of Tallahassee I’ve dealt with roughly 9 HVAC companies for 4 different homes. When I needed to change out my gas furnace system in 2024 I got various bids and decided on Donald Guy because they were the only company that worked with me on a quick fix so that I had much needed AC until I could swing changing out the whole system. Thanks to Charles! For the past year Charles and Donovan have provided great service on a few minor tweaks to keep the new system in top condition.

I've been in my current home for 19 years now, since built in 2007, and Donald Guy was chosen to install the HVAC in the house. They've serviced my HVAC throughout those years and I couldn't be more pleased. Jake B. serviced the HVAC on the last two visits. Like their other technicians, Jake was professional, knowledgeable, offered valuable advice, and friendly. I have been using Donald Guy for years and have been happy with them.Josh, the technician was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to my son and daughter what he did and how it will function. If possible, I would like to request Josh if I have any more issues because they will make it right.

The tech showed up on time. He was in a company vehicle and a clean uniform identifying who he works for. He was polite and knowledgeable. I gave him 5 stars. He gave us information about his brand and recommended. He also was honest when we asked questions.

I want to start by saying that if you are in need of A/C or Heating services that Locke’s Air Conditioning are “THE” people to call. After the work they have done for me and how helpful it was to me that they were able to handle my unique situation they will always be my first/only call for anything A/C & Heating.

I am on a limited budget and unfortunately the house I moved into has a very old unit (see photo lol) that has sat basically non operational for nearly 8 years. Due to funds, trying to replace the unit was not possible for me but the team at Locke’s did not shy away. They were very understanding and after a little diagnosing they were able to make some repairs and bring my old unit back to life and it now operates as if it were new. The amount of knowledge they have, the respectful and professional service, plus the overall quality of the work they do is unmatched and unrivaled.
