Tevis, the technician, quickly identified the problem. He first tried tightening the hose to stop the leak, but it became clear it needed replacement. The repair was scheduled promptly for the next morning. Tevis arrived right on time, fixed the issue efficiently, and even went the extra mile by looking up my system to better understand it. Although Locke’s doesn’t typically service my type of system, he let me know it appeared to be in good condition—and I really appreciated that he never once tried to sell me on anything.

I truly valued Tevis’s honesty, professionalism, and integrity. Excellent service from start to finish. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend! May God continue to bless and expand their territory!

When my AC went out nearly two weeks ago, I didn’t know who to call—I’d never had an AC issue before. I contacted another company who diagnosed a leaking coil in my air handler and quoted me nearly $3,000 to fix it. That left me wondering: do I repair or just replace the unit?

I called four different companies to get quotes, including Locke’s. Out of all of them, Anthony—the owner—was the only one who came out personally. That stood out immediately. He’s also a fellow veteran, which I appreciated and respected.

The install team—Jason, Tevis, and Ron (Anthony’s dad)—were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, patient, and didn’t mind my endless questions. They represented Locke’s incredibly well and made the whole process smooth and even enjoyable.

Now, if I ever have another AC issue (hopefully not anytime soon), I know exactly who to call. And if anyone I know asks for a recommendation, I’ll be sending them to Locke’s.

Locke's replaced my whole AC system including electrical upgrades and new lines. Anthony called back promptly after initial contact request and not only provided the estimate for an straight up replacement unit, but also options on an upgraded Energy Star rated system that was eligible for IRS tax credits and City of Tallahassee rebates. The ROI payback on the upgrade system was one year and was what we selected. Communication during the whole process was excellent. The installation technicians process was safe and professional and I had no concerns with the work being performed. The compressor pad was installed on blocks and leveled, the electrical box was replaced and surge protector installed, and the cleanup left no mess. They even scheduled a 2 month follow-up to come back and review the system and work. I would definitely highly recommend Locke's and would use them again for any HVAC work.

I have been using Tony Kelly heating and air conditioning services for 25 years and could not be more pleased. All the technicians who have visited my house, over the years, have showed confidence in their skills, intelligence and have always been respectable and they educate me on what they are doing. Lamar serviced my heat pump unit this morning and I would be very pleased to have Lamar for every service call.

Technician is great - always prompt, responsive, courteous and very helpful. The service is for my 97 year old Mom’s home.

TJ was great! He did his work efficiently and gave me excellent recommendation and tips. I hit the maintenance plan (2visits per year) so ended up paying $199 for the year instead of $250 for one visit

Hands down the best heating and air company in Tallahassee! I had quotes from six different companies and all of them were sky-high. They other sales reps were hard to understand and I was pretty sure the bulk of them were including things in the quote I didn’t need (ex: a new drainage pipe..?) to jack the price up. Finally, I stumbled upon Trey from Tony Kelly Heating and Air.
He was friendly, professional, honest, and willing to help. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The estimate was reasonable and easy to understand. The company went the extra mile for me, due to my not being able to work during the quarantine, and found me a payment plan with NO massive financing fees, unlike the other companies.

I was able to get a new unit within a few days instead of weeks! The team that came out were professional and knowledgeable. They even cleaned up after themselves when they left, which I’m sorry to say the other companies did not. The install crew were out at the house from 9am- 7:30pm to make sure everything was hooked up and working perfectly. Any other company would have just left and come back the next day. Throughout the whole process Trey was calling making sure I was happy, the install was going well, and working out any kinks that came up, of which there were many.

All in all, if you’re looking for someone thats reliable, honest, and has a genuine willingness to help out their customers, go with Tony Kelly Heating and Air and ask for Trey. Their customer service, pricing, and warranties cant be beat. Very happy to have found them.

The serviceman did a excellent job. Came in, made friends with my pups, and got right to work. Cleaned the system, checked the levels and power. He also gave me a few great ideas for cleaning out the drain pipe. I wholeheartedly endorse these guys!

I called at 4:30 on Friday memorial Day weekend because my AC had quit working. It was 78° in a house that I keep at 68°. Was told that they would do the best they could to get someone here. Travis the technician responded immediately and was here within 20minutes. Fixed our problems. He had our house cooling down within the hour. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service performed on Friday at 5:00 p.m. memorial Day weekend for everyday service call price. I would recommend Tony Kelly heating and air to anyone that needed quality service at a reasonable price.

He was professional, kind, and explained the process thoroughly. Additionally, they were so considerate of my home and ensured that my pet did not escape during any of the services. A/C died and Tony Kelly was out to the house in two hours. Lamar was our technician. Lamar is kind, courteous, considerate and answered all my tedious questions. In my opinion, Lamar went above and beyond my expectations. We need a new unit (old one lasted 23 years) but with the tax credit we should see a reduction in our a/c bill. Tony Kelly has been our a/c company for five years now. I haven't thought of calling anyone else. So who are you going to call?
