I called this company at the recommendation of a friend. Trey, the man who did the inspection and service, was so thorough and went out of his way to get my dead unit working. He was great and I look forward to working forward with this company.

So a week or so after leaving this review, the team from Tony Kelly Heating and Air showed up (on time!) to replace my entire air conditioning unit. Three guys, Martin, Palmer, and Michael were doing the replacement. They were extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and quite conscientious about how they left my house looking once they were through. I loved how they didn't screw around a bunch.

This company was great to work with, and I highly recommend them if you need this type of service.

Tony Kelly installed two systems in our home, and corrected ductwork mistakes made by a previous HVAC contractor. the routine service followup has been excellent. all techs have been on time, courteous, and efficient. A great company to deal with.

These guys are the best! They’ve been servicing my 18 year old AC for years. When my system finally died, they quoted me a great price on a 14 SEER American Standard system. They installed the whole system in one day and it’s fantastic. They sealed all my ducts and increased the return air duct. My whole house is now wonderfully comfortable and the system seems to be working about half as hard as the old one.

Troy was very helpful and informative about the HALO LED product while installing it. I was totally unaware about how it worked and what purpose it served. I would recommend Tony Kelly heating and air conditioning for all home and businesses.

Maintenance appt was scheduled, Cole was available early, called ahead to see if I could move up. Worked out well for me, so he came in and took care of the job. Quick and professional. Way to be!!

Tony Kelly is the best HVAC company in the area! The service is excellent. All the staff is fantastic, the field team are polite and respectful and work hard. They are honest and I highly recommend them to family and friends.

I recently had an HVAC technician come out to fix the airflow issues in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. For a long time, the upstairs vents were blowing much harder than the downstairs ones, making it uncomfortable and uneven throughout the house. The technician Travis quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in simple terms, and adjusted the ventilation system to balance the air properly.

Now the airflow is consistent on both levels, and the comfort level in my home has improved dramatically. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

Seth arrived when expected. He worked diligently to get the dryer vent cleaned and reattached, then repaired all the ductwork. He even went beyond and helped me finish get my stuck dryer lint filter fixed. He was professional, pleasant and respectful. I’m happy to do business with this company.

The guy that Tony Kelly sent out today 2/20/26 was the best technician we have ever had come out. He done everything he was supposed to do. Serviced stuff for the first time because the other technician skipped those steps. Service worth paying for. Wish I had got his name.

We had an issue in our home we just moved into. Travis was incredible. He arrived early, called before he came, and promptly and deftly diagnosed the issue with our system. He was very professional, showed me photos of everything that needed to be addressed (my unit is in the attic), and even changed out my filter for me. I was so impressed, I signed up for the maintenance contract on the spot. I know it’ll be worth it so we can stay ahead of any issues.

This company does not advertise—they don’t need to! Word of mouth is all they need. I feel so much better knowing in whose hands my home is now placed. I strongly recommend giving them a call for your heating and air maintenance and repair needs!

I'm very happy with my new HVAC unit and working with both Trey's and Christine. I was able to get a loan from the City of Tallahassee, which they submitted the necessary paperwork to them very quickly. They were able to install it before we had the big freeze that night. They also scheduled the inspection that I had forgotten about. I am very thankful that I chose them.

Tony Kelly is one of the more reliable and honest HVAC companies that Iuckily found when I first experience HVAC issues. Seth, my technician is very helpful, courteous and informative about the maintenance performed.
Tony Kelly always send reminders to schedule the preventive service, the technicans provide great preventive recommendations to extend the life of my unit. They are always friendly and on time. This has been one of few blessings for me this year.

We are very pleased with the service and installation of our new York AC system. We considered other companies, but my wife was familiar with Tony Kelly since her company uses them for their building and was impressed with their service.

The team (Martin, Malik, and Palmer) were on-time and very easy to work with. They were professional and respectful of our home while they replaced our old worn-out system and installed our new York unit. The replacement/installation was completed in one day (as promised) and the unit is working fine.

We would definitely recommend Tony Kelly and we would use them again.

UPDATE on 2/10/2026

Well, we said we would use Tony Kelly again, and we did. Our house has two separate systems, and the above review was for the replacement of our smaller unit six months ago. We intended to replace the other unit, and last week the Tony Kelly team came out and did just that.

We also knew this one would be complicated. We wanted the air handler equipment moved to the attic and we needed new duct work as well. The installation team of Andrew and Jackson, with an assist from Trey and the other Trey :) got it all done in three days, as promised.

We are very pleased with our new York HVAC systems, and recommend you consider using Tony Kelly and his talented hardworking team if you need HVAC installation or repair.

TJ just conducted our six month unit checkup and he did a great job! He showed up early, thoroughly checked the unit, cleaned the coils, changed the filter, and was such a pleasant young man. I look forward to his return this summer. Tony Kelly Heating and Air - the best of the best!

I called Tony Kelly because my heating unit decided to stop working during one of the worst cold spells we have had in this area in ages. They were able to get to me the same day I called. Cole showed up on time and got my unit working quickly. He was super nice, answered all my questions and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before leaving. I use this company to do the regular maintenance on both my units so I will definitely be asking them to send Cole in the future. Tony Kelly is a great company and if you are looking for a heating and air conditioning company you can’t go wrong with them!

Seth came out to take a look at the heat pump at my in laws house and he was very knowledgeable about the entire system. He was very enthusiastic. Nothing like some techs I've had come out in the past. I've had techs from actually several other HVAC companies throughout my 22 years here in Tallahassee. He answered all of my many questions with patients and interest. Other techs I've had come out actually complained the entire time, smelled of weed so badly that I could actually smelled them before they even got out of their truck. Every tech from Tony Kelly that I have had come out to my house, or my in laws house, were very nice and explained the problem in a way that you can understand. They don't get phone calls from the time they get to my house until they leave and they do a thorough job. Seth actually checked the entire system to make sure that there weren't any other problems with the system that could cause what we were experiencing. The ac wouldn't shut off which caused an enormous electric bill. It works properly now.

I am very pleased with Tony Kelly....I had my central heat and air unit experience a catastrophic electrical problem. I called T/K and Travis was the tech that responded in a reasonable amount of time. After diagnosis and repair, my a/c was up and running within an hour. I was so impressed with their immediate attention and repair, that I signed up for the bi-yearly maintenance service. I highly recommend this local company.
