Barineau always does a great job! I have the extended service warranty. Jacob did my check up and repairs; I couldn’t be happier.

Barineau is the best in Tallahassee. We tried another company who let us down and tried to upsell us for services we did not need. Dustin our Tech with Barineau was professional, explained everything clearly and was very nice. 5 star highly recommend.

Great service also called 30 minutes in advance to meet technician which is very convenient. The communication with this company is really great being that it’s hard to find customer service anymore. A big shout out to Dustin very Knowledgeable technician thank you guys so much!

Tyler with Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. met me at the property and provided excellent troubleshooting.

While he wasn’t there as a service tech, he still took the time to dig into the problem, explain what he was seeing, and help move things toward a resolution.

Great communication, sharp HVAC knowledge, and a real problem-solver. Highly recommend.

Barineau always delivers. Their techs, office support are extraordinaire. They delivered, installed new ducts and hvac unit 7 years ago in our 60+ year old home.

Logan came to help even tho it was getting late in the day. He was very professional and personable. He showed us the problems as well as explaining the next steps. Barineau has always been dependable and able to fix whatever problems we have had.

Austen, Tyler and the Barineau crew were fantastic. Replaced my old het pump in @5 hrs - not easy since much was in the attic! Got my inspection today and everything is aproved 🤗

Can’t say enough about these guys. Quality of service and quality of product was outstanding. This was ground up and Patrick designed a great system for our home. Service since move in has been better than you could expect.

Drain line was clogged, so it shut the unit down. I checked the drip pan, which h was dry, but since I had service not that lo g ago where the drain line was blown out, I didn't check it, thinking it would be fine, your tech. explained how that could have happened, it made since...so just bummed a little that something so minor, that I could have easily resolved myself, cost me $100, and thats with my service contract, but now I know to check that before I call next time. As far as the technician goes, Dustin was great, knowledgeable, personable, great to work with, he's welcome at our home anytime.

After a really frustrating experience with another HVAC company that took thousands of dollars from me and ultimately did nothing, I was hesitant about calling anyone else. The contrast with Barineau could not have been more dramatic.

This was our second time using Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning in the last 30 days, and they’ve been excellent both times. Even though our AC was installed by another company, Barineau’s service and customer care have been outstanding.
We worked with two different technicians, Mike and Dustin, and both were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I’m very customer-service oriented, and this company truly delivers. Highly recommend!

Garrett is a true professional. He is very personable and efficient in completing the bi-annual inspection. He explained everything in detail. Garrett has done these inspections on our system since replacement. Comforting to have the same service tech who has knowledge of our specific system.

Our Barineau crew was with us for 4 days while replacing ducts, adding intakes, and replacing our whole system. I cannot speak highly enough about the service we got. These guys were professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, and worked so hard and so well together. They came in, got the job done, and cleaned up after! I am incredibly impressed and so pleased. Jeremiah was our technician today. He examined our system and gave us a report on what he found. I really like working with Barineau. They do a great job and communicate well. I appreciate having the bi-annual service plan. It gives me peace of mind.

On time & very professional! Very easy to work with I can’t say enough nice things about our tech and how professional he was. Able to answer whatever questions were asked of him. Very quickly determined what the problem was and was immediately able to fix it. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!!

We’ve had Barineau out twice. First time was for our unit to be serviced and cleaned. Tonight our air wasn’t cooling and the unit stopped running. Called right before they closed and they sent out Dustin - super knowledgeable guy and fixed the issue within 30 minutes of being here. These guys know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

Edit because barineau came back out to our home again. We really need a new air duct system but can’t afford that right now. Jacob and (I’m sorry I didn’t catch the other guys name!) his co worker came out and added new lines and an extra vent in my boys rooms to help cool the rooms. Wow. What a difference right away. Again these guys are the bomb!
