Heat pump fan wasn't running. Benson's came the same day to troubleshoot and got it running again. Will took the time and stayed to measure the amps on the fan to ensure the motor was ok.
I've been a customer since 2018 and can't imagine calling anyone else for my AC needs.

Company has serviced my AC unit two times now. We are getting ready for a full unit install now. They always answer the phones. Text locations before arrival. Good communication. Usually next day service as well.

Very impressed by Josh Sheard, who came out for a simple a Freon recovery job for an AC unit I am scrapping. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional; and when I was unsure how to proceed with disconnecting the AC refrigerant line further he was happy to go back and completely disconnect all the furnace/air handler connections so the whole thing is now ready for removal. I appreciated this and he set an excellent example of Bensons — you should put him in your commercials or something.

Brandon is the best!! He arrived not long after I made the call for help. Brandon took time to explain the problem with our unit, what was needed and he explained why it had this problem. We asked for a repairman late yesterday and he arrived quickly. Early this morning he arrived with the new motor for our unit and now have heat in our home once again. We were so impressed with Brandon and will be asking for him if and when we ever have another problem with our heating & air unit. Brandon was very informative, took the time to explain the process and answered every question we had. He is just wonderful and because of Brandon, we will continue to use Benson’s Heating & Air for all our needs because we trust Brandon, we trust Benson’s. After not having a service contract for a couple of years on my AC / heating I renewed with Bensons.
Service Tech Ray was professional and polite. Arrived at the time stated and was thorough in checking the units.

Technicians called to confirm time of arrival. Did a great job verifying operation of system, changed the air filter. Took time to inform me of all they did and what they observed.
