We’ve relied on Central Air Consultants since 2000 and couldn’t be happier. They maintained our original unit for years, then installed a variable-speed system that’s cut our power bills and keeps the house perfectly comfortable. They’ve also added a split unit to our bonus room and, most recently, a mini-split for our main bedroom—both seamless installations. Cordelle was meticulous in planning vent placement, and the finished work looks original to the home. Excellent service, quality, and value—highly recommended!

The tech who assisted with my AC issue was very knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was. He made the necessary repairs and I have had no more issues. He was extremely nice and polite and even played with my dog. I have always used Central Heating Consultants and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend!!!

Chad came out and was very helpful and professional, he replaced my faulty compressor under warranty and was very knowledgeable and fast! Unit running like brand new, was on time and very dependable. Great communication! A+++

We were having a problem with our AC at my business Tim the Tool Man's Ryobi Tool Outlet and we had a technician named Chad come out and and he got us up and running. He was very professional and knew his stuff I would highly recommend key heating and cooling and have Chad come out!

Heating went out. Knew Key from prior experience. It was chilly last night. Tech was here this morning as promised. Constant communication. Tech diagnosed the issue immediately, but was unsure if he could locate the part needed until next week. He found it. He did a turnaround and had me up and running before noon. That is service.

Chad Pudvah was super awesome. He showed up when promised, he worked hard the whole time- in VERY HOT conditions and he was great with my dog!! I highly recommend Chad and Key H&A!!

These guys are so incredible. I manage a property here and Tallahassee and I have been using Key Heating and Air. Robbie has been out three times today trying to fix a residents heat. No one else would do that. They would come here, tell me they needed some parts and they would be back in a few days. They always answer the phone, they are always prompt, they always communicate. I absolutely love them and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Chad and Robbie for making the experience great.

If I could leave this place no starts I would. I purchased a new AC from Key 5 years ago. Since then the system the completely stopped working 3 times. This last time the AC went out at 7pm. We called Key and were told it was probably the compressor (again) and there wasn’t anything that could be done until morning. The technician said he would be here at 730 am the next morning. The next morning rolls around and we’re told that since we didn’t pay the after hours fee someone would be here in the afternoon. I explained how we had been lied to and Key took no responsibility and became very rude. I was blown away by the fact that they lied to us and then were beyond rude. I have called another company and they have been fantastic. These people provide poor quality work and will lie to you and say it’s your fault. Call someone else!

Robbie gave us excellent service! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.
We have all the information we need to make a good decision for our new AC unit.
I felt much less stressed than before Robbie came. I recommend this company as I have used them in the past with the same great experience.

Allen Cleaver was the Service Tech was responded to a water leak with my AC unit. He quickly discovered the original installer failed to insert a clean out port. He cut the drain line, cleaned it out and installed a clean out port and showed me how to remove the cap to pour a little bleach in the pot to minimize clogging. In talking with Allen, I find that he promotes relationship of trust and respect for Key Heating and Cooling. With this attitude he will continue to build customer loyalty.

Chad came to my office, and I explained what it seemed our air conditioner was doing. He diagnosed what he thought was going on and went to check it out. He was correct and immediately got to work fixing our system. So glad to have a functioning a/c again. Thanks Chad.

Impressive, professional service techs! Chad, who did our annual AC maintenance Friday, found we needed a replacement part and said it would be overnighted so the AC was only down one night. Service tech, Allen, called at 9:00 am Saturday to say the part just came in and he could come right out and install it. Both techs worked very hard to find out what the problem was and correct. Kudos to Allen for also finding that some wires were touching and correcting that. They both explained everything that was going on. I am beyond pleased with the service and highly recommend Key Heating and Cooling!

We have used Key Heating And Cooling for many years and they have always been responsive ,& professional . Todays maintenance was no different, Chad was here promptly at the scheduled time, cleaned the lines and serviced our a/c and gave me information to keep the system working at its best. We appreciate that he got our system working again and helping us with the outside equipment!

I called and Juan was at my house within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient! Excellent experience, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My mom got a new air conditioner through you guys and she has had problems with it. You have came and worked on it a couple of times but it still is not working right. You were supposed to come back out and look at it and never came out. We have called multiple times and nobody returns the call. She pays for the service twice a year also. I can promise you we will not be renewing our contract. Since then my father has died and we still can't get anyone to call or come out.

Chad did our biannual inspection today. He was very thorough, professional, and pleasant to work with. He went, in my opinion, beyond what was required and his advice was very helpful. well done, Key Heating and Air and staff!!

Chad Pudvah came out to service our machine. His excellence and professionalism is the reason why we decided to replace our ac unit with keys. If I could give him more then 5 I would.
