A Central Heating technician came out the same day to repair a detached stove pipe in the attic. The technician was very personable and professional, and the job was completed right away!

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The help desk person on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. They had someone out the same day, but said it would be late in the day. He seemed genuinely concerned that I understood and set the expectation well.

The technician arrived on time. He called when he was five minutes out. I also received a text message with his name and photo. He quickly identified the problem and we paid a standard, fair price for the repair.

Can't say enough good things. I've been with Central for several years and they've always been available and treated me right.

Yesterday a snake decided to commit suicide by wrapping its body around my AC unit’s fan motor. Sounded like a freight train as it ground the motor to a halt. I turned off the fan switch and air, and called Central Heating, who installed our unit. It was 92 degrees outside. They arrived within 3 hours, dislodged the snake and restarted the unit. $140. Highly recommend.

I contacted the office and they scheduled an appointment for the ideal time for myself and showed up at the scheduled time. The Technician (Zeb) was quick to jump on my account and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had it fixed within the hour and had a credit card reader with him for convenience. Good service all around

I have used Central for my office for a while and now they protect my home as well. I unfortunately had my AC stop working Sunday at 4pm. I called the emergency line and was able to connect to Wes right away. I was automatically sent a text with his eta and a picture of the tech so I knew who to expect. He was at my house in 15 minutes. After a thorough diagnosis he was able to find the problem. He fixed it and cleaned my AC unit all in the matter of an hour. Considering it was Sunday afternoon the price was very fair and a deal considering the service I received. I work trade contracting as well and can speak from experience that this was high caliber service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their AC.

Recently we had a capacitor go out. I called central and they gave me a same day appt and fixed the problem on site for a very reasonable cost.

Attic insulation had gotten in the drain pan and clogged it. Central Heating Consultants had it working again in no time! Great service and reasonable prices. Thank you very much!

Overall service was great! Timeliness was the issue I assume due to the holidays. I had to pay extra for it being Labor Day. My technician Zeb was awesome. He communicated clearly, talked me through all work being done and offered great suggestions to keep my unit in tip top shape!

A/C stopped working one day. It was in the middle of the afternoon and didn't think they would be able to come until the next day to fix it. However, I called them and a technician came that same day. He was professional in every sense of the word and fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. I may have had to pay an after hours fees, but it was worth every penny. Will opt to get their yearly service bundle next time. Highly recommended!
