Kyle is personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job troubleshooting and then explaining what was wrong and the options. He was patient in answering all the questions we had. He represents Barineau AC with the upmost professionalism.

Also a shout out to Bob the sales guy. He was very professional and a good listener of our needs. He was very low pressure and made sure we had various options to choose from. Within 30 minutes he had 3 proposals to us. I really appreciate Bob’s approach. Kudos to Barineau’s.

Todd from Barineau Heating and Air came out to clean our clogged dryer vent hose, which was vented thru the roof. He was knowledgeable, told us what he was going to do, worked efficiently and did a great job. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks Todd!

We had an appointment set with Barineau A/C today, as our A/C was not functioning correctly and they were prompt to help. Our system began working correctly before they arrived, and the repair was postponed to the future if any problems reappear. As always, the technician and staff were very attentive and helpful. We love having Barineau as our HVAC company.

Bob was great to work with. He spent a lot of time explaining many different solutions to my system’s problem. He was patient and kind, and followed up multiple times to make sure I was happy with the outcome and didn’t have any further questions.
Gary was an amazing project manager. He checked in with me multiple times throughout the project, was efficient and knowledgeable. His entire team was professional, hard working and did a great job.
Steve went above and beyond to get the inspection done on time while dealing with glitches with county inspectors coming to the house.

We are so glad we switched to Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed new equipment for our guest house and have been maintaining that and our main house for several years. Their work is top notch and their customer service is the best. They ALWAYS show up when they say they will and communicate to you when they are on their way - very polite and professional. Garrett is great!

Benson was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived early after calling to ensure that was satisfactory. Service was outstanding.

Benson's is THE best! Their customer service is exceptional from telephone and text communication to service technicians! The staff is friendly like a neighbor yet very professional. We love getting a bit of info about our tech so we can easily communicate on a personal level when he/she is in our home. From beginning to end Benson's provides top shelf service!

Phillip Rutledge did an excellent job servicing our 2 AC units today. He explained everything he did while here and arrived promptly at the time he was scheduled for. He was thorough with the maintenance he performed. I would ask for him in the future!

Technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. She put on booties without being (my favorite). Everything was explained in language I could understand. Great service!

She was very nice, respectful, knowledgeable and someone who knows what she's doing. She did wonderful job keeping me update to date about my unit. Even though I didn't have any electrical plugs on my house She find a way to clean out my drain pipe. I would prefer her to do my maintainance and repair thank you very for sending her today and in the future she's awesome and she's a keeper.
