Zeb did a fabulous job repairing my A/C in the heat of the summer. He was professional and friendly and he got it fully repaired. I have always been impressed with Central. They installed new A/C units 8 years ago and they have been responsive to any concern we’ve had since then.

With as many deaths are caused by texting and driving, it is really disappointing to see local businesses not care for the safety of their community members. We have lost too many friends and family recently to careless people behind the wheel! It's just a matter of time before this person costs someone their life, taking your reputation down, along with it.

Our AC stopped blowing cold last night. I contacted the service line around 10 this morning and was told that a technician would come out after 4. Zeb was able to come out early, and made accommodations to his schedule to meet our needs. Once on site, he was very thorough in his efforts to troubleshoot our issue and make sure it was properly resolved before leaving. Very happy with his work.

I have been using them for years! Never been disappointed and because of them my 18 year-old unit is still running with no issues.

Staff at central heating are always courteous and efficient. They keep the work area clean and when they depart from your home they make sure you understand what services they provided.during the visit.

Jason was ahead of scheduled. He called to let us know he was on his way. We received an email as well.
He was very through and explained everything he was doing. He also, replaced both air filters.

Central is always on time and efficient, for a reasonable price. Scott called to let me know when he was coming, and cleaned up when he was done. I highly recommend!

Very poor quality of work. Central put in two units last year. The units have stopped working on different occasions one flooded my ceiling. Central workers don’t police and clean behind themselves. We had no heat when winter started. We had installation inside of a unit. Central did not seal an air handler. The Freon meter did not work or does not work now. Central told my wife parts would be in today. Well today came and the answer is we might have the part in two or three days. One or two times would not be a problem; Central have came out to my home 7 or more times. Now I’m upset and asked to speak to the owner they will not pick up the phone. Why would a company tell you not to be upset when they keep failing a customer. You got paid why you can’t pay me with quality work. Stop getting upset with the customer, when your end is wrong. Put yourself in his or her place. This is something owners don’t do anymore. Your team is not always right

I thought it best to keep my opinion to myself, but they asked me twice to leave a review so here I am... The fact that I'm forced to give a star at all in order to leave a review, is ridiculous. I give no stars to this company willingly.
I have an air duct that is leaking a lot of air into the empty space between the downstairs ceiling and the upstairs floors. The guy who came to do the inspection stated that there was nothing he could do to inspect the air ducts without cutting "a ton of holes in the ceiling" in search of the problem, that I would be responsible for fixing. He said, "I'll send Homer out. He can probably do it with less holes." He left, and that was the last I heard from him.
Two weeks later I get a call from the office asking if I still needed services. I told her how nothing was done and that no one ever came back. She stated that she would send Homer out to do the inspection if I would be open to it. I said, "Sure. Thank you." She told me that she would check his schedule for the next day. It's been almost a week now and I have heard nothing other than them requesting me to leave this review.
Well... there's your review. I personally could not recommend them to anyone based on my experience. It was a complete waste of everyone's time.

They do good work and have always been able to get us on the schedule pretty quickly. We’ve used them for all of our AC work at our facility and we don’t plan on switching.

Best customer service, fast friendly and trustworthy if you are having HVAC issues look no further, Danny and Zeb have been nothing less then amazing, they did repairs on our old unit and when it came down to having to purchase a new one we purchased one with them

Never a good day when you lose your heat on a day that’s freezing temps but it’s a great feeling to know that Central Heating has you covered with professional staff that will get you up and running. They stand behind what they sell and will always treat you fairly.

We used them in 2020 to install a new AC. They did not try to over-sell (and even recommended a slightly smaller unit). They have answered questions over the years and recently gave some advice on a small issue. Just added the maintenance plan and Aaron was fantastic. He walked me through everything, showed me where/what he cleaned and flushed, and even adjusted the drain line to flow better. Happy we added the plan and very satisfied.

I have been a customer for several years, and have always been happy with the service and the equipment. Zeb Henderson has been our technician all that time, and is very competent and friendly. He takes time to explain the system and how it works, and will come quickly if there is a problem (which is very rare).

Thank you for being able to install an entire new system in less than a day! We called Monday with an outage and today, Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving! We are back up and running. You guys were courteous and really accommodating!
