Key Heating & Cooling is the way to go! They communicated well with me, came as soon as they were able to and fixed my AC after a month of other companies coming out and not being helpful. I wish I would have found them sooner! David was so informative and very kind! Thank y'all so much for everything!

The most recent service on June 12 was with a technician I had not met and was very pleased with him,... his personality was engaging while also being very professional. I've observed other service technicians and this fellow was thorough as well as providing a summary of the service he provided in a manner that left me with a high degree of confidence. Key continues to hire great people who reflect well on the company. I have and will recommend Key to others with comfort.

I was able to call them on the weekend to make an appointment for Monday. They arrived early in the afternoon and efficiently repaired my older unit. Additionally they listened to my request to replace some older parts and while compiling my bill gave me 10% off for military service. Highly recommend Key Heating & Cooling!

Chad was great! I contacted Key heating around 8 and by 11 they were headed to my house, everything was explained in detail, and service was timely, even having to get an additional part and return to complete repairs! Work completely done before 2! Thanks for the great service!

Jaguar and Alex They did such a wonderful job. They even came back out to change the thermostat. The other one was to complicated for a 75 year old friend.. they put one in that had buttons instead of a touch screen.

I recently used Key Heating and Air for a heating issue. had scheduled an appointment for maintenance but an issue came up before that appointment. A gentlemen named Gabe came out and fixed the problem in no time. He was so nice and respectful, just an all around good guy. Came back the next day to bring a part that he didn’t have with him that day without me having to having to be here. I used Key a while back when I got the new heat pump unit. Even then I was impressed on their professionalism. Keep up the good work!

I had to find a new heat/AC service company because my old one just didn’t treat me right. Key came highly recommended and they lived up to the recommendation. Allen, the service tech, was nice, efficient and very thorough in working through the problem and making sure all was well before he left. I am definitely making Key my new service company!

First, I apologize. I believe my technician's name was Alan. He had already diagnosed the thermostat issue during a previous visit. Today he brought the new thermostat and in no time had it up and working.
The most important thing to me was his professional and courteous attitude.

Had to call for an assumed freon leak. Chad came out and found the leak. He then fixed the leak vacuumed and refilled the system. Checked to make sure the system was colling correctly. He was very friendly and answered any questions. I highly recommend Key Heating and Cooling. Very friendly and professional staff.
