We had John & Vince come over and look at our A/C after the maintenance team had applied any number of temporary fixes, in which it would run for a day and leave us toasting for the rest of the week, forcing us to put in 3 service requests before they decided to call in a specialist... and what a team of specialists. Professional, courteous and respectful.

Not to mention, that they actually took the time to test and troubleshoot each component before diagnosing the root cause of our suffering and applying (what we hope and feel) will be a standing solution.

Did I mention they did this within an hour of arriving?

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND JOHN & VINCE AND WHATEVER COMPANY THEY REPRESENT.

We have worked with Mayfield for a few years. They installed two new units for us. Very friendly and professional. Last week, after a storm, our downstairs unit was not cooling. I was in panic mode as I had $600 worth of flowers in my home for a friend's wedding I was helping with. I called and explained the situation. Mayfield moved his schedule around and was at my house in less than two hours, and had my AC cooling again in 20 minutes or so. I so appreciate their quick service and skill. Highly recommend!
