The Advance Air and A/C team is phenomenal. Chris installed a new air conditioning unit for us above our garage. Jimmy came out for a service call at very short notice to check out A/C unit ahead of guests getting to our home. Our A/C was acting up, and he solved the problem in the same appointment. Their professionalism and communication cannot be matched. Each time that I work with the team, they go above and beyond to resolve any issues and come up with innovative solutions to unique problems. I couldn’t recommend Advance Air and A/C enough.

I had a very good experience with advanced air care this morning. I was having heating problems and called them first thing in the morning and was scheduled something For anytime between 12 and four. First of all that’s unheard of getting work done immediately when requested. And secondly I had a bit of a tight window, as I had to be somewhere at 3:30. I took that into consideration and within 30 minutes of the phone call the owner was on their way. Turns out a construction worker with a different company turned off the breaker, so a very easy fix, but he didn’t leave until be fully inspected the whole unit. Very incredible service and will use again

Mandy, Chris and Brandon were instrumental in getting my air conditioning working within two hours of my initial call…on a Friday…in the middle of July! Brandon is an exceptional technician/employee – informative, professional, customer-friendly, honest, hard-working, and even had a treat for my neighbor’s dog while we were near his “territory” at the outside unit. A/C was repaired in the most minimal and cost-effective manner, and without any hard- or up-sell. Highly recommend!

Advanced Air is different from the other HVAC businesses in the area. My tech was Kris. He was very professional and down to earth. Not pushy at all. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. Of all the times I've used Advanced Air, they have never pushed anything on me to buy or beat around the bush with any issues that my system had. They are friendly and straightforward. You will not be disappointed with Advanced Air. I'm a happy customer!

Brandon did a fantastic job of repairing my A/C! He was timely, professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part. He continued to monitor the system for any other issues. Such a relief on a hot Friday in July. I will definitely be using this company for all of my air conditioning needs.

For years, we have had an established relationship with the company who had installed and maintained our a/c unit. However, we needed immediate service and the company was unable meet our need. We called Advanced Air Tallahassee (who had established a location near our home some months ago) and they responded within the hour. The technician was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable of his craft and focused on restoring our services. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our system up and running in a very short time. The price was reasonable and I was able to pay with my credit card. I could not have asked for a better experience.

My 23 year old system was nearing end of life. Advanced Air addressed my concerns and provided a competitive quote. The installation was done within weeks. They used drop cloths inside to minimize the mess and after the installation, performed a thorough clean up before leaving. The installation passed
city inspection and they registered my equipment. My compliments to Kris, Mandy, Paul and the rest of the team. The whole process went smoothly and I recommend Advanced Air.

I absolutely love my Mitsubishi mini-split! I have been trying to keep our converted garage cool since we moved into our home in 2018. I had no luck, and was pretty much about to give up. A friend recommended I get a mini-split. I had never heard of a mini-split, so I started looking into it. I am so glad I did, it's worth every penny! I would highly recommned Advanced Air Care to anyone looking to do this, you won't regret it!

Called this company after 7pm because AC stopped working in the evening of a hot summer day. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and professional. Unlike some other AC repair companies I had called, the technician, Chris, actually called back right away. Came to my house after 8pm and worked on the AC till it got fixed. He was not rushed at all, very professional, took time to explain things well. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely use this company in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Customer service is the best! I called with a concern not knowing where to start explaining our issue. Kris was very helpful explaining what we may be experiencing and we made an appointment for next day services. The technician Brandon called ahead of time and was very professional. I called Advanced Air because of all the positive reviews. Really wanted this to be my company to take care of my HVAC issue. I called and Chris came out promptly and diagnosed that indeed my split system was dead. Said they would get back to me with prices on repair or a new system. And that was it. I was never contacted again. I even called the office again 2 weeks later to see how the quote was going. Was told they had tried to contact me but had the wrong phone number. Find that hard to believe since Chris called me for the service visit and it was on the receipt. I left my number and waited. Still no contact. So I've moved on to other companies which were just as prompt to visit and have given me quotes for service. Can't really rate their installs or other services but responsiveness and attentiveness is severely lacking. Really wish this experience had worked out better.

My AC broke during 100 degree weather and the guys at Advanced Air Care were so nice and attentive to help even in short notice! They came out and checked my unit shortly after I called, despite them being very busy. My unit had to be completely replaced and was going to take a few days to get a new one shipped in. these nice gentlemen brought me a portable window unit free of charge and set it up for me so I could have some type of air during the horrible hot weather. They installed my new unit as soon as possible and did a flawless job. I really appreciate and recommend the honest and hard workers at Advanced Air Care!! Thank you!

The installation rate was economical in respect to a new unit. 😊 I had a question about my recent installation and Kris immediately came out to handle it. Advanced air care has saved us numerous times! When we have HVAC issues, we know to call Advanced Air Care! They are prompt, professional, and they get the job done. They communicate effectively when parts need to be ordered, and let us know if they see an issue that may develop and the timeline we have to take care of it. Special shout out to Mandy in the office who never makes me feel bad about calling multiple times in one day.

I called Advanced Air Care on a Thursday night late after hours and Brandon was at my house Friday morning fixing my air conditioner. The blower motor had stopped working completely. This was a much older rebuilt unit that had just lived its whole life span. Mandy was so kind and professional and worked me in the schedule very quickly. Brandon was professional and kind. This is my third time calling on them in a couple years for a repair, a maintenance service and now the replacement of my blower fan every single time I've called on them they have responded immediately, they have taken care of the problem immediately. After having Advanced Air replace our entire system a year ago. Which we have been very satisfied with especially the lower electricity bill each month. We had our first service/system maintenance performed by Chris and John. Both were knowlegeble and professional. They went above and beyond the basic annual service checks. Really happy with the service we experienced with Advanced Air Care Heating and Cooling. Having your AC stop working in late August in Florida is definitely not fun, but they were able to assist us day-of and came out around 30 minutes from when we initially called. Jimmy was really kind - he explained everything very thoroughly and provided us excellent service. I’m grateful for this business

Jason and Frankie are awesome. I had a pipe leak in the front yard and they showed up, analyzed the situation, and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. They also took time.to explain to me what is my responsibility as a home.owner and what is the city of Tallahassee's responsibility. I will be calling them again!

This is my second experience over the years with Advanced Air Care, this time a Water Furnace HVAC motor that had been worked to death and had to be ordered. The tech, Jimmy, warned us that it might take a week. Madison, the courteous.and supportive office manager stayed in touch with us about the order through a long hot week. She called early on the morning it came in and Jimmy had it competently installed and running by early afternoon.
