Our heat went out a few days before a major cold snap. Josh and his crew hit the ground running for us and finished installing our new unit and reconfigured/replaced the entire duct system within two days. Let me add that they made sure that we had working heat at the end of their first day of work, which was a relief as we have a five month old daughter! Josh was very communicative throughout the entire process. All of the employees were very nice and helpful to us. We highly highly recommend them!

Called Lawson and they came out the same day! Brandon was very professional and was very informative of what was happening with my AC system. He even called to check to make sure the air was blowing colder. Great service and I would highly recommend them.

I normally do not write reviews, however given the amazing customer service that I received from this Lawson Heating & AC I had to write a review.

In March of 2023 I purchased a new gas pack unit from a large HVAC company. When I ran into a problem getting the thermostat that this same company installed to communicate with the unit, I called that company to come out and fix the problem. Despite never having performed any of the inspection services on the Unit that I had paid for the company to do during the previous year, the company charged me $159 to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a break in one of the wires in the thermostat that that company had installed. That company then also quoted me another $287.50 to repair the broken wire in the thermostat and $929.17 to replace the thermostat wiring if the repair did not work!

Fortunately, I called Lawson Heating & AC. Brandon Medina, the Service Manager, came out and repaired the problem that same day. Not only was Lawson's diagnostic fee less than half of that charged by the HVAC company that had installed my unit, they repaired the break in thermostat wring in less 30 mins and charged less than $50 for the repair!!

Lawson Heating & AC provided me outstanding customer service at a reasonable price.

Lesson learned: Bigger does not equate to quality, nor is it always better!!!

Brandon did a thorough evaluation of the problem. He repaired the shoddy work done by a major company by the same name..My ceiling and floors were ruined by the leak that was supposed to have been be repaired. Brandon fixed it and checked for other potential problems, and returned the next day to follow up of his own volition. I really appreciate it his commitment to service. Very affordable quality service.

I highly recommend Lawson H&A for maintenance and repairs if your AC or heat give out on you. I've had a few great experiences with Tech Jake Blume, who you can request when you call. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and got my AC running again quickly and relatively inexpensively. Thanks Jake, and Lawson H&A!!

So very impressed with the service. I’m 82 years old and have had over 13 houses over the years. This is the best service I’ve ever had! My house went from 86 degrees to 72 in short order. Very reasonable costs for parts and total explanation with phone shots of the work. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you Josh.

I have been getting services from Lawson Heating and AC Services for a year or so and just had my HVAC replaced by them. I can’t say enough positive things about this company as a whole or each individual in the company. Everyone was professional, responsive, respectful, and kind. They took time to answer all my questions. The men who installed the unit worked hard in my hot and cramped attic, but nevertheless worked consistently and carefully with a smile. I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

Can't recommend Lawson heating & AC services enough. Have used them on multiple occasions, they got out same day a couple times and resolved our issues quickly. Always friendly and professional. Will continue to use them for all our AC needs in the future!

Had a problem with my A/C. Called Lawson Heating & AC Services. Got a call back in 15 minutes and he arrived 15 minutes later with the part on his truck. Brandon is so good and familiar with his trade he knew the problem just by my describing the symptoms. He is so fast, professional, and not unimportant (since he is coming into your home) a clean cut personable young man. Why would I call anyone else… Lawson Heating & AC scored 5 stars. Thank you. Do yourself a favor, put their number on your refrigerator or more likely in today’s world, in your cell phone contacts.

Recently, a thunderstorm burned out my HVAC motor. The technician, Jake, did excellent work and was very responsible and reliable. Despite my attic being very humid and hot, he successfully completed his work. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend Lawson Heating company. I will definitely use them again

I was shopping around for a company to replace my 20 year old unit that was giving signs of impending failure. My overnight inquiry on Lawson's website was answered first thing the next morning and a convenient time to meet was scheduled. Josh arrived on time and was very thorough in his assessment of my current system, even attempting to resolve a vibration issue with the blower fan. We discussed several options and he told me I would have quotes for those options the next day. True to his word, I received a variety of detailed estimates the next day. Although I did receive a slightly lower priced estimate from a competitor, the warranty terms from Lawson were better. Coupled with the prompt, professional, response from Josh, I chose Lawson for the replacement. They showed up as promised, performed the work as quoted, and left with the unit operating after a full day of work. Due to the low temperatures the evening of the install (early February), Josh returned the next day when temperatures were warmer and fine-tuned the charge, making sure the system was perfect. Lawson's communication, responsiveness and professionalism sets the mark for HVAC contractors in our area.

Josh and the installers at Lawson HVAC have been wonderful. Their price was more affordable than others in town for the same work. But their service has been outstanding from first contact to post installation. I highly recommend this company.
