So we requested service from them, our Air conditioning was not working. The tech came and said the fan motor is bad and replaced it and charged us $800.00
Well the house did not cool that night. We waited and called back and he came again and he said the relay is made. Still the house didn’t heat up the following day, thermostat stays on 71 degree and does not heat the home. Now a new person comes in the third time and says valve is torn and the gas has leaked.
Disappointed with the analysis and the service output.
Bottom line i have a 3 month old and are house is yet cold. Very unprofessional and unreliable!

I am so happy with John D. Jones AC, Heating & Refrigeration! I called and they came and fixed my ac issue the same day. Ryan was great! Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue to where I could easily understand. The price was a pleasant surprise. Affordable and reasonable. I will definitely call them for future service. 5 stars!

Called their 24 hr hotline at around 7am and got a call back within 30 mins (faster than most doctors offices). Was told I’d be called by a tech to set up time that same day. Tech, Michael called around 9 and we set up a visit between 11-1pm. He called me at 11:15 said he was on his way and showed up at 11:30.
Michael was quick, courteous and thorough. He did an inspection of the unit, ducts and vents. Needed Freon which he provided and changed my filter. All is well now and nobody tried to sell me a new A/C.
Very impressed with the quality of their employees and their service. Definitely recommend.

I have had three occasions in which I needed the services of your company. The office staff have always been professional and prompt in scheduling my appointments. The technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate how they stay in contact regarding their arrival. I would recommend your company to anyone!

Ryan was a gem and knew his stuff. For us, the person is more important than the price (I am frugal, make no mistake), and we'll happily pay a little more to have someone kind and knowledgeable in our home.
Of course things always break on the weekend...so we are extremely grateful for the on-call service.
Did I mention our unit is a Janitrol from 1993?! And it still runs!! But one day, we know, the necessary repair will be unrealistic and we'll have to unclench our wallets and buy a new one. When that very sad day does arrive, I look forward to giving JDJ our business!

Great company. Last year they replaced our ductwork after we bought our house and were very quick, efficient, and reasonable, so when I came home after work one evening and my A/C had stopped blowing air inside the house I decided to use them again and I'm very glad I did. The office was very quick and responsive to setting up my diagnostics appointment, and also for my repair appointment as soon as the part came in. My technician, Thomas was not just prompt but early to both of my appointments. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with answering all of my questions. They did all the legwork to confirm my unit was under warranty and save me some money on the broken part. This company actually cares about doing right by their customers. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Michael Starling arrived punctual and began work immediately. Considering paying for a tradesman to do work is usually at an hourly rate this was appreciated. He completed all work and was very informative of what was completed and answered all questions I had about future work. This is my second time using John D. Jones for my home and I can say ill stick with them for future work.

Our AC stopped working, and they were able to come out the next day with the new unit. They provided a small portable unit for us to keep us comfortable for the night while we waited for them to come in the morning.. They came first thing in the morning started working on our unit and had it running by 230 that afternoon. Really great company really great people will be using them again for any future services!

We had air flow issues. We called Lawson Heating and Air who were able to send someone out that day! Turns out when our house was built they didn’t use the appropriate size duct work. They redesigned and replaced our ducts the next week! They were friendly, helpful, and professional. They answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repairs or maintenance! Thanks again for all your help!

Oh my God!!! People, if you are in need of your AC serviced,, please do not hesitate to contact this company. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE, MANNERISM, HONESTY, PATIENT and most importantly, COMMUNICATION go above and beyond the call of duty. I purchased my house in 1993, replaced units inside and out several times but my house never felt like this, cozy and comfortable. Can't say how grateful I am we found this company. After nearly being ripped off for $1700 by one of the large corporations in town, Lawson did the same HVAC work and then more for about $400.

Give yourself the peace of mind of working with this company. We feel like we are in tremendous hands and really appreciate the direct and fair manner in which they operate (shoutout Brandon for doing a phenomenal job - thank you!!).

After calling Keith Lawson to fix my ac they said they could not come out till Friday. I started to look for another company when I came across Lawson Heating and AC service. Brandon has been absolutely fantastic. We started using Lawson Heating and A/C services at work. I was so impressed by his work ethic and punctuality I hired Him to handle my twice a year inspection on my home.

I purchased a new AC system last year from another vender. The system has been a problem from day one. I’ve had the original vender, and two other AC companies attempt to resolve our AC issues. The very knowledgeable, friendly and professional Lawson tech did through evaluation of our system, which has four zones. I’m currently typing this review with cold air running!!
