I bought a house that had a new ac unit which was bought and installed by air control but the compressor failed in less than 2 years. I called them out and got a 1785 quote for labor to install the warranty part and now I have been without ac for 7 days and won't get it fixed for three more. Despite them the having the part which they didn't contact us to tell us the part was in. Would not recommend.

The AC at my job went out and we called another company before Scott and they tried to quote us for 3,500 and told us there was nothing they could do till the weekend. We called scott he came in patched it up. And saved our weekend.

I had an issue with my air conditioning system during the hottest time of the year. I called Air Control and even though it was after hours, Jonathan immediately returned the call. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and advise how to resolve it. He checked back several times during the evening to make sure that the system was running properly. All of the Air Control staff are exceedingly responsive when I have difficulties with my system. I highly recommend the company.

Since 1971 we have called on Air Control for there wonderful service. The fellows who came this week were so personable and kind. They even got rid of a 3 ft snake in my yard for me. The only company to use should be Air Control.

Curt, Jay, Jeremiah, and Erik were all wonderful to work with. We bought a new AC unit from Air Control. After getting several quotes they were significantly more affordable than some other companies, but not the cheapest in town and I did not want to cheap out with a brand new AC unit. Their service was top notch. Curt explained everything in detailed and provided a quote that clearly broke down what I was paying for. Jay did a great job working on the install and making sure that our attic area was assembled back together after the removal and install. Jeremiah and Erik came out to do an inspection on the unit once it was installed and got everything running appropriately and to our comfort level. All my concerns were addressed quickly and the availability of the team to come out to the house worked well with our busy schedule. I highly recommend this company and group of individuals. I look forward to working with them moving forward into our service agreement! Excellent Service!

The actual air techs and service is FANTASTIC but I can not leave more than a 1 star because of the SUPER rude receptionist who picks up when you call. She cut me off multiple times on the phone, had such a nasty attitude, then hung up on me at the end. Whoever was picking up phone calls on 5/25/25 at 7am needs to go back to training.

Jonathan was the best! He had me back up and running in no time and treated me super fair.

I want to take the time to tell you of the great customer service I experienced on 1-16 & 1-17. The first young man called, that he was headed to my house but I was at work. So he gave me the number to call and reschedule. But I called and left a msg with an operator. So I called on 1-1-17 and another young man answered and was courteous and assured me that someone would come out and fix the heater. Around 3pm a young man came and was very courteous also, he got me some heat just in time for the storm.

AIr Control patiently answered all my questions and was not pushy. Air Control offered a competitive price for my new HVAC unit, and they did a great job on the installment. I have also used Air Control for regular HVAC maintenance in the past, and I never had any issues.

I called air control about a noise in my unit, within two hours Scott arrived. Not only did he explain what was going on with the unit to me. He taught my little guy how to look over the unit. Max Noblin was there on time and carried out the bi yearly service very professionally and took time to check everything out and suggested changes with a reasonable quote
