Our ac unit went completely out after fortunately having for 22 years. I call several ac companies, Home Depot and Lowe’s for estimates. My neighbor recommended High Quality Heating and Air and I called and spoke with Marty. He came out the next day and gave me a quote. This quote was far more reasonable that all the rest. Marty had the guys come out two days later and installed. They were efficient, professional and timely. I highly recommend using High Quality Heating and Air because the name is exactly what you will get. Thank you. As my momma would say “ call them people”. 🫡

Hello, had a clogged drain line and your tech came out and blew out the line (using my hose no less) and charged me $269. Seems a bit excessive, have called the office twice, the response was the same each time, “checking with the technician and will call you back”. No call back. The only reason I did not give you two stars was he knew what it was and mentioned it up front, but also knew to look for a second, clogged shut off valve. People are looking for fairness out of companies they can trust. End of story. If my opinion is wrong, please communicate that.

An excellent, experienced and worry free AC replacement in a very difficult and stressful time with our house that had other issues.

Jeff was the person who cleaned our ducts. He arrived on time, had heavy duty equipment, spent most of the day taking down every vent and return duct cover to clean them. They looked new after he was done, really amazing for a system that's approaching 50 years and hasn't been cleaned before. Midway through the project I went into a bathroom and the debris on the white fixtures that had come out of the duct was awful. After about 7 hours he was done and our home was cleaner than any cleaning service has done. I was very impressed with the fan from the HVAC before and after he cleaned it. I HIGHLY recommend Tadlock Heating and AC and Jeff.

I recently hired Nick Tadlock Heating & Air Conditioning to replace all the duct work for my house. My contractor had recommended Nick and his team. Stephanie in Nick's office who handles scheduling is helpful and responsive. The entire team at Tadlock Heating and Air Conditioning left me feeling so good and assured as a customer that I was important and they would take good care of my house's ducting system. And they did!

They did an amazing job. The estimate was reasonable, the quality of the work was top notch. They even worked around the schedule of other construction going on in my house. Nick personally called me many times throughout the job to make sure he kept me up-to-date on the progress, and made sure all my questions were answered. His crew also took time to say hello to me (when they weren't working under my house!) The quality of the work, the materials and customer service really impressed me. So much, I have switched my regular air conditioning maintenance over to Tadlock Heating & Air Conditioning. I highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with Tadlock Heating & Air. Nick was upfront about the costs and provided us with 3 options, (low, medium, and high). The price of units has increased significantly over the past few years. Unfortunately, it was time to replace 4 units. We knew that using the latest technology would save us over the long haul. Nick also provided us with financing options that could fit into our budget. We never felt like we were being "upsold" or "taken to the cleaners." It is unfortunate to need 4 units at once, but we are very thankful for Nick and Brittany who walked us patiently every step of the way. We highly recommend Tadlock to anyone who is looking to replace. They also have a very reasonable maintenance plan if you just want piece of mind that someone will show up this Summer when you need it most!

Logan did a great job with the diagnosis of both our units. I also had them install updated surge protectors on both units. I would definitely have Tadlock HVAC do work in the future!
