I have used Marty's company for the last 15 years. I have never been disappointed with the work. Everyone is friendly and answers my questions promptly.

Great fast job. Marty/Kelli were a pleasure to work with. After 15 yrs, our AC totally went out: compressor, fan motor, and more. It was Tuesday, right before Wed July 4. First called them Thursday pm, discussed what we needed. Kelli in the office was quick to call back and facilitate the whole process. Marty emailed back the quote, we accepted. He had Trane parts/equipment in stock.

Two great! polite workers showed up Fri 8 AM on time as promised. Marty was here too, to make sure all was going right. Then 6-7 hrs later, after much HARD work, his guys had installed the new AC/Heating unit, plus new upgraded room vents, plus new thermostat.

All that is what we paid for. What came free was much useful advice from Marty about ceiling insulation, City of Tallahassee rebates, energy conservation and equipment efficiency. All things that in the end come to significant savings on monthly power bill.

I wholeheatedly recommend his company.

Our air conditioning unit decided to break down one morning. We called High Quality at 4am and by 11am it was fixed! Great responsiveness and as always fixed with no complaints. They are the best!

My air conditioner stopped working on Saturday. I contacted three companies on Angi to get a quote and an approximate date and time when the repairman would be at my house. One of them, I played voicemail tag with. One never even responded. One got back to me when I already had Todd from High Quality at my house first thing Monday morning already replacing the capacitor to my blower motor. On Sunday, since I hadn’t heard back from the three Angi companies, I did an internet search and found High Quality. I spoke with Todd that same day, and then he was at my house first thing in the morning. That’s excellent service! He was very professional and knowledgeable. High Quality is on my go-to list for HVAC repairs! Can‘t always depend on those Angi companies. Why am I even paying Angi anymore?!?

I have used High Quality for several years. This is the fourth HVAC system in 3 homes- I added on and now have 2 systems at one home. Would not use anyone else (and I have in the past) for my needs. They are the best!

Called on Tuesday, they came out and looked at it same day. Said we had to have EVERYTHING taken out and replaced with new....came back on Thursday to do the job. Hunter and Lilo were great, were able to get the whole job done in one day. I fully appreciate the hard work they did and me and the family were able to sleep in AC the same night.

High Quality heating and air, We had a problem with some rooms being cold and others being warm they fixed that and the filtration system. They even rounded up our dogs that escape out of the fence. Very professional and quality work.

Although Tallahassee is out of our service area, Marty and Kelli took the time to talk me through issues we're having at St. George Island. Marty did a great job explaining the Trane warranty repair process to me. He could have easily blown me off when I told him where our home is located but he helped me a lot. He struck me as not only knowledgeable but genuine and honest. It's nice to know there are still people in the service industry that care about providing excellent service.

High Quality has been taking care of my air conditioning for many years. I trust them to provide professional service with a personal approach. I have always found them to operate with honesty and integrity; and the professionals that have been to my home are skilled.

High Quality Heat and Air was highly recommended to us when we knew we needed to replace our air conditioning system. We are very glad we contacted them. Marty met with us and went over our options, gave us good advice, an honest proposal and ordered our equipment without delay. His professional crew installed the unit efficiently without any inconvenience to us. This is one good company in my opinion.

I requested a digital thermostat through my landlord. This is the company she uses. Todd just finished the installation not too long ago. He created such a pleasant experience for me, so I wanted to leave a review before I forgot (hehe). He was early, (which is great), very pleasant to speak with, and knowledgeable. Sometimes when someone has been in the business for a while, they can act like a know it all or not want to be bothered with questions, but not him. He answered all of my questions, happily. It was truly a delight. I'm smiling typing this out.

Great service and professional people! Go above and beyond, including coming back to our house the day after diagnosing our thermostat as the issue to install a temporary thermostat until one they ordered gets here from Trane. High recommend

Marty and his crew were very professional and courteous. They installed the AC system in Tallahasse on a very hot day, 98 degrees. It must have been a 140 degrees or more in the attic. They didn't complain, they just pushed through it. They got it done before the end of the day!

High Quality Heating and Air has the correct name. High quality work, products, ethics, promptness, fair pricing and kindness. They did an excellent job for us after the April flood wrecked our AC, making sure we were comfortable until all repairs were complete. Highly recommend this local, family owned business.

I moved into my house 2 years ago knowing I would need to replace the HVAC system. High Quality came highly recommended to me. They were so helpful in helping me decided what I needed and did a timely installation. The guys were professional, courteous. They come every year to do maintenance and treat you like family. My next door neighbor just used them to put a new system in as well and they could be happier. Marty, the owner, and the dispatcher couldn’t be nicer. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Both in staff and service, High Quality Heating and Air earns their namesake well. They came in lower than two competitor offers and took the time to explain to me what their plan was, how to maintain my unit, and what to look for before a total failure. The technicians that came by were kind, worked around our busy Saturday, and had great customer service without being pushy or trying to upsell.

They have good products and service, they know what they need to do, and they do it, simple as that.

Obviously, no one wants the bill for a new HVAC unit, but I felt like they made biting that bullet better, and that is a hard thing to do.

I called High Quality Heating and Air for an estimate and they were able to come out that day, and 2 days later had my unit replaced. I could tell Marty was more knowledgeable than the other company that gave us quotes, and his quote ended up being the best. The crew was professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.
