Both Nick and Jeff are great. Jeff did most of the work and really good at his job. They explained everything in detail and took the time to do the job right. Jeff cleaned up after the job and did a walk through at the end of the job with me.

Great service! The rep was able to come out same day we called as our compressor was working outside but not the motor in the house that works the fan. He replaced the motor and all is well. Thanksgiving week and company arriving we are very appreciative for his service!

** Update: As promised, and before anyone says anything, yes, I’m sure it was time for it to be replaced, especially after all the many different “MacGyver” hands that have been in it;🥴 however, I am a true believer that “if it's not broke, don’t fix it.” That being said, Tadlock, (Nick and Brian) came to the rescue.!.! Installed my entire new unit just as they agreed! On time, ready to work. I highly recommend Tadlock Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone in need of AC service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship is truly commendable. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Ah man, how do I start? I scheduled an appointment, cancelled the appointment, and got a call from Brittney asking if I still needed the service because they had an opening two days before I originally made the appointment, which blew me out of the water. I've never had that type of introduction to service before 😂; however, I was grateful because I indeed had not gotten my issue resolved and felt compelled to get another opinion, but I was skeptical. So I took the contact as a sign from the divine that I shall have a second opinion. Nick arrived within the time scheduled, took his time, and was very knowledgeable and patient. If you're in need of true, honest, and reliable service, I'd recommend Tadlock.

Overall experience was great! He explained everything in detail, recommended the $99 per year membership. Would highly recommend Tadlock heating and a/c!

I kept hearing this annoying banging in my roof where my air handler is located. The owner is who showed up and he immediately resolved the issue. He was respectful of my property and he didn't try to coerce me into getting something I didn't need, which I truly appreciate honest, trustworthy service.

My experience with Tadlock Heating & Air was great. Logan did a great job with the diagnostic portion, explaining my options. I decided on getting a new unit. Excellent repair and professional service. They replaced my old unit with a high efficiency AC in a few hours . The cost was very affordable compared to other price quotes. They have a good finance company with low payments available. The technicians worked hard through the bad weather. They ensured that we had the AC running because we had no cooling. In just a few days they came and did the work.They also provided a portable temporary AC. I recommend them highly.

Hands down the A/C company with the worst staff! Anytime you call the office the pencil pushers constantly give attitude and are rude and snarky individuals with egos that the actual workers (A/C Techs) don’t even have although they are the real workers who matter. Based on the clerical none support you do not receive I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them. They are so self centered that if you’re not already a customer of theirs you are placed far back on their list of concerns as someone they may not even answer the call for! What this company use to be is certainly not what they are today. I only left one star bc it’s required to leave a review other than that they would not have any stars
next to them!

We were having a problem with the humidity being too high in the house and our HVAC running too much. Eric quickly assessed the situation, made a couple of adjustments, and now we are happy and relatively cool campers! AND our unit is not running nearly as much which will result in a lower electric bill!🤑 Thanks, Eric, and thanks, Air Control for having an AC tech as helpful as Eric!😄🙏😅🙏

Air Heating & Cooling replaced my a/c and heating system that no longer was working and was old. In addition they referred me to City of Tallahassee loan program for help with the cost by a low interest loan. They were kind, informative, and efficient. Everything was neat and clean, and no damage to my belongings. All the staff involved were polite and answered all my questions. Professionals in every way!!!! I would recommend them without hesitation! LH

Air Control is the only company we call to service or replace units at our home or rental properties. Carmen is always kind and quick to get me connected to the right person. Jeremy answers my questions and recently was able to get a new condenser put in for a tenant within 2 business days. And Avery, poor Avery, climbs in the attic and works outside in this crazy Florida summer heat to get the job done. These folks are responsible and helpful. Their prices are competitive and fair and most importantly, they follow a job through to the end. In this town, that's saying something. If you're looking for a local company that is responsive and trustworthy, give Air Control a call.

FANTASTIC! Look no further, Air Control Heating & Cooling was the best choice I could have ever made. My 12 year unit had bit the dust & I had no idea where to begin, so I searched AC companies on Google. Air Control Heating & Cooling was the top rated. I did price around & spoke to several companies. Tim at Air Control by far had the best price but most importantly the unit that was installed was fantastic! Not to mention the outstanding customer service. The day of installation went smoothly, Joseph and his team worked extremely hard and ensured the unit was working properly. They even stuck around hours later to ensure the unit was working properly and hauled the old unit away. I was also pleased to see the Manager, Tim, show up at my house to talk to me about the unit and also checked the new unit out. It has been over a month and it amazing how cool we are! So much different than my last unit. I would honestly, without a doubt go with Air Control Heating & Cooling!
