Keith Lawson Services responded and send us a technician with his equipment truck to check on a water leak. The company have also a support person that will come and bring needed equipment in case something does not work right. I have observed camaraderie in between staff too.Our technician Vennie is very respectful and well skilled (must request him). Problem solve within 2 hours. I am upset enough that this is one of the only times I have ever left a company a review. All we needed was to get two toilets set, we already had the toilets on site. They were unable to provide a quote over the phone but we figured we would be charged an hourly rate for the labor at a reasonable price. When the plumber arrived, he quoted us $1800 for setting two toilets, he said this was just the hourly labor cost. When I said that was essentially charging us $900/hr for labor, he responded "I don't set the prices." After we said we were not interested and would find a different quote, we were told we had to pay a $150 fee for him driving out to even provide a quote. It feels like we paid $150 to get scammed by this company.

Immediately called a different company who was able to provide a quote over the phone at a MUCH more reasonable price. We do not recommend this company at all.

Huge shoutout to Keith Lawson Services for getting my pipes back in shape! I was dealing with a messy leak, but will and waylon showed up and handled it. They were super friendly, worked fast, and didn't leave a mess behind. It’s such a relief to have everything running smoothly again without any more dripping.

My wife and I had an emergency with one of our faucets outside. My wife called and the dispatcher (Karen) had someone at my house within 90 minutes. His name was Joe Covalt and he was very professional and did what he had to do quickly and efficiently. Everything is good now. We've used Keith Lawson for several years for various things and we would recommend them to anyone. We also received a 5% discount (AARP member) & military discount which is wonderful, too.

Second day in my new house, discovered a gas leak in the fireplace. I was able to get same-day service. Identified the leak fixed it in and out in less than an hour!
Technician was professional, courteous, and respectful to my property. I would hire again

We have had Keith Lawson as our HVAC (and plumbing) service company for the past twelve years and would not call any other company for service. However, we wanted to write a review in this case to recognize their service technician, Abraham, for his service last night. He went above and beyond our expectations for service when, after an extended previous service call, arrived at 7:30pm. He worked in the dark and cold until approximately 8:30pm to complete the repair and ensure our HVAC was fully operational. I would highly recommend him for any recognition or award which Keith Lawson provides its service technicians.
Additionally, we received several calls from the office during the day to let us know that Abraham would be later than expected due to the extended service calls before our scheduled time.
This is the exceptional level of service all companies and their employees should provide. Thank you Abraham for your dedicated service and Keith Lawson for maintaining your high standards as a company.

Payne's Air Conditioning & Heating is quite simply the best in the field. I would never use any other company.

They did a change out for me at my 1954 house that only had 9 to 18" of crawl space. It's so tight i have to take my glasses off to crawl under one of the pipes! Chris and Devan replaced or repaired every single duct where my previous contractor thought they would be ok because they were too hard to get to. The new package unit is incredibly quiet. I won't use anyone else from now on.

Installed newer High Seer AC Unit and worked through some very unique setup configuration options required to get the unit operational. I recommend this business over some of the other local businesses I have dealt with in Tallahassee.
