8/18/25. My maintenance technician, Miguel, was professional, competent and thorough. His communication skills were outstanding, and he was very good at explaining the results of the inspection. Miguel was not only friendly but also very polite and respectful!

8/22/25. Tirell and Miguel installed a new HVAC system for me, and I could not be happier with their work. As a team, they were efficient, skillful and creative - excellent problem solvers - and they seemed to really enjoy their work. More than being very professional and polite, I was impressed with their ability to work as a team and their friendliness and respect for each other. They maintained a positive attitude for an entire day of very hard work. Miguel and Tirell were a pleasure to have around, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

Roger and his team totally saved the day today! Always prompt and professional and were able to complete a quick repair for me that saved us so we can close on a house tomorrow. Very happy folks on all sides! Sterling Service of Florida is the BEST!!

Typically 2 hour service windows end up wasting 2 hours of time… NOT with Sterling! Our Technician Tristan was here super early and went above and beyond in the service he provided! Knowledgeable and very kind, Tristan was a joy to work with. Not only was his inspection thorough but he also took and showed us pictures to help us understand what he was doing and how to maintain a healthy system. We will be using Sterling for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on!

My technician Tyrell was very friendly easy-going and got straight to the point and was able to install my Honeywell thermostat. Thank you very much Sterling service.

Highly recommend Sterling Service! We’ve used them a few times to address issues with our aging unit. Wonderful customer service experience with Judy. Tristan was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and great to work with. They don’t try to upsale you at every opportunity, and they don’t price gouge. We’re on their service plan and are satisfied customers.

Sterling will be installing the heat and air for the new home we are building. They have been very helpful to us as "owner builders" to be sure we have an appropriate system and energy efficient system that meets all the energy and county code requirements. They have helped keep all of our ducks in a row. Great communications skills.

Miguel and Tirell worked hard and problem solved to get the replacement part into a tight space. They were fantastic and answered all of my questions and addressed all of our concerns!

Tirell came to our home within the hour after I called the company. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. He was polite and explained things well. I will definitely ask for him in the future.

I can’t say enough kind words about Miguel. He was on time, kind, professional and knowledgable. He cleaned our duct work and installed iwave air purifiers. He cleaned up after himself, showed photos of his work and was excellent all the way around. I highly recommend calling Roger, the owner, and scheduling a visit from Miguel.

Miguel did an excellent job with our duct cleaning! He was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was spotless by the time he finished. Freezing temps are expected and our system quit blowing heat. We always trust Sterling with our HVAC maintenance and now even more so today after Miguel diagnosed and fixed our problem, bringing back the heat! Miguel was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and respectful of our property. We really appreciate that.

So we had Sterling Service installed a new AC unit. It is a BIG ac so it took 2 people and a trailer. They sent out Tirell and Miguel. They were fantastic. They knew I was working nights so they were as quiet as they could be. The job I thought would take all day took just a couple of hours. The cost was EXACTLT what I was quoted. No hidden fees. Thank you Sterling Service team I am now comfortable in my house again!!!!

My HVAC system wasn’t working so I got some help from Sterling Service. My technician, Tristan, was so helpful and fixed the issue very quickly. It’s been very cold at night so my heating was needed, and he got out to my place in a timely manner and triple checked everything worked before he left!

As a plus, he even swept up from where the attic had to be opened. I appreciate this a ton, as not everyone does this. Great service, I will be using this company in the future if I have issues again!

Miguel with Sterling Service of Florida is my mini-split hero! Our mini-split began acting up just as the coldest weather hit last week. Sterling Service came right out and Miguel tested the unit, let us know the diagnosis, and had it running again in no time. But it was his personal care and genuine good nature that we connected with. Also, he left the area spotless when he left. Really knowledgeable, friendly professional. We will be asking for him in the future. Hopefully it will just be for a maintenance visit. Thank you this great experience.

I hired Sterling Service to clean my air ducts and blow out my dryer vent. The technician Miguel was very knowledgeable, kind and tidy. He took his time and was very meticulous when cleaning my ducts. He took before and after photos of all my ducts and periodically showed me the photos! I could tell Miguel takes pride in his work. I also loved the fact that he used his own shoe covers (without me asking) and before moving his drop cloth to another vent he would carefully gather it and shake off the debris outside. He even took the time after completing the initial job to answer questions I had about a future smart thermostat purchase. I have already recommended Sterling to my mother and sister for a vent cleaning next week!
