Would like to commend Darin and Wilson for a great job on the installation of our 12,000 BTU Mini Split Mitsubishi Unit. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They did the job in a timely manner and I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Darren was a tremendous help and his quick response was thoroughly appreciated. Stayed in touch with me to update me on the time and showed up exactly when he said he was. Proffesional and Darren at WEC will be getting all my AC work for the future. Satisfied is an understatement. Highly recommend!

We were having issues with our AC not cooling and had Logan came out to take a look. He not only fixed the issue, but was very informative and patient when explaining everything to us. Honestly, the best experience we’ve had in tallahaseee.

Our AC started to sound strange so I called WEC and talked to Darren. We had our original unit and it was 21 years old.

Darren came out and checked out our unit and unfortunately the system needed to be replaced. He helped us with a new, more efficient, quieter unit. The new unit only took 2 days to come in and the WEC guys had it installed in just a few hours. Darren even moved the outside unit for us so that our dryer exhaust wouldn’t blow lint near the heat exchanger like the old one (a bad location choice by the builder.)

Thanks to Darren and the WEC team. It’s almost like having a neighborhood HVAC team to help with all my Air Conditioning needs.

Randy from WEC came out because my air went out today. As soon as walked in the door I knew something was wrong. I called the emergency services and less than a minute he called me back. He was great. Very Personsble fast, professional Customer service. I know it cost me more but I would have been miserable without my air. Great job Randy!!!

Have to say, at 70 years old, I have had my fair share of HVAC installs, but have never experienced the level of expertise that I witnessed with these folks. I was so impressed with Darren, that I did not bother with seeking additional quotes for a new heat pump system, unusual for me. My post quote questions were expertly and promptly addressed by Amy, who now heads this long standing family business. My intuition proved correct when their talented and experienced crew showed up to install my new system; attention to detail was unmatched in my experience. Even more important than what brand you chose, went with a Bosch for what it’s worth, is the level of competence of the installers. All the guys involved with it, had been with WEC for years, and they carried out the job like an experienced drill team. Highly recommend you include WEC when considering the fulfillment of your HVAC needs.

Excellent service and pricing! I needed two new HVAC systems for my home, got quotes from 4 different companies in town, and am glad I went with WEC. I did a lot of research after getting all the quotes, and found that Comfortmaker, the brand of systems that WEC quoted, is owned by ICP, the same company that owns Carrier, a very high-end brand, and the systems use many of the same components, and is expected to last longer than the the other brands quoted (Rheem, York, Bosch, etc.) WEC's quote suggested a 17+ SEER rating for the N5H9T compressor, but after looking up the details of that unit combined with the air handler they proposed, it actually achieves up to 19 SEER2, which was about the same as the York and MUCH higher than the Bosch. The York was quoted about $3,000 higher [for two systems] from the other company AFTER REBATES, so not only was it more expensive, it lacked the advanced features and precision of the variable-speed system that the Comfortmaker uses, lacked smart controls, and had slightly louder operation. Unlike several of the other companies, there was no rebate nonsense with WEC, they just offered the best product for the best price. Their crew came in and installed both systems in less than a day, and seemed confident and competent throughout the entire process. Darren's communication with me was fast and excellent start-to-finish. Highly recommend WEC!

The WEC tech, Randy, did a wonderful job servicing our HVAC unit. He was very thorough and found the issue (blown capacitor) within a few minutes.

Randy then proceeded to repair the unit, monitor the unit to ensure it was indeed working properly, and even cleaned the unit before departing. This was all done at a very competitive price.

Throughout the process, he patiently answered all of my questions, clearly explained what was wrong and how it would be fixed by the actions he was taking. I would highly recommend using WEC for any and all of your HVAC needs!
