Franklin's HVAC has never let us down. they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. i find this to be a rare quality in the service industry. i highly recommend them whether they installed your original system or not.

I would highly recommend this company! They were so friendly and helpful. They were able to come in and determine our issue and resolve it quickly for a great price. We will definitely be using them again for any future AC needs. Locally owned and all around great people to work with.

When my A/C unit went out I really wasn’t sure who to call but I knew I couldn’t stay in a 90 degree house for long. I was referred to franklins and all I have to say is I will only be using them from now on. They showed up quick and did a fantastic job repairing my duct work. Even got to learn how to clean my unit!

This is the first and last A/C company you would ever need. Integrity, work ethic, and transparency are all priorities. A rare find in today's society.

No one likes going without AC in this crazy Florida swampbutt heat. When our AC wasn’t keeping up with the heat, we called Franklin HVAC and they came right out. Turned out we had a leaking coil in the air handler. They ordered a new coil and were back 2 days later replacing it. I’m highly satisfied with Franklin’s responsiveness, professionalism, and on time service. Thank you for saving us!!!

My tenant had their A/C go out in the afternoon on a very hot day. I called Franklin's and they came out that evening, fixed the problem quickly and charged me a great price. No nickel-and-diming. Just straight forward, honest work. Very happy!

John & Jodi are thorough professionals, caring people, take pride in their work, and they provide really good value in their services & goods offerings. I wish, I had found them earlier, but will only use these guys for ongoing HVAC needs.

I WOULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS IF I COULD!!!! This is the best HVAC service in Tallahassee. My upstairs A/C unit was having issues yesterday and they answered on the 1st ring and she sent her husband and two workers out immediately to have the issue fixed. I called some of the bigger guys and couldn't even get them on the phone. I look at bids for a living and Franklin has VERY fair pricing. I would much rather deal with a customer service oriented company like Franklins than a larger volume HVAC company in Tallahassee. Talk to Johnny, he will take care of you!

Absolutely wonderful service! They came out fairly quick, identified the problem, and luckily for me it was a fairly easy fix. They also explained some basic maintenance I was not aware of before. 10/10.

I usually never leave reviews but I believe this is the best HVAC company in town. It is very rare to find such honest, hard working, and knowledgeable professionals that you can trust with the task of installing/repairing/maintaining your HVAC system. They do it the right way. They are meticulous and true to their word and no job is too big or too small for them. We had a terrible HVAC situation at a house we recently bought and Franklin’s came in and repaired everything the right way. I would never trust my HVAC with any other company!!

Jodi and Johnny are amazing! They have helped us with all our HVAC needs! We switched from another company that just kept telling us something was wrong every time they came out. They are honest and reasonably priced. We LOVE the Remi Halo they installed for us last year. Really can't say enough about how great Franklin's is!

When our AC went out, they came out same day to help. They were efficient and very professional and went above and beyond to make sure further issues could be avoided. The owner was very respectful and cleaned our unit as a courtesy and checked levels while they replaced duct work to make sure everything was functioning at it’s best potential. The folks at Franklin’s were incredibly responsive. I reached out after hours on a weekday and the very next morning they were installing multiple air purification systems in our facility. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our facility is closed to the public to keep our clients safe, and Franklin’s worked around our schedule for the installation. The team that arrived was punctual, courteous, and very professional. I could not have asked for a better experience! I can rest easy knowing the air quality in our building exceeded industry standards thanks to Franklin’s HVAC!

We have used Franklin's HVAC LLC for many years on two separate home systems. They have installed new systems for us, repaired current systems, and maintained our HVAC service. Johnny and Jodi run a professional, knowledgable, exceptional business and we trust them with all our HVAC needs. They are also truly individuals of integrity with friendly, helpful, honest customer service that is hard to find today!

I found Franklin's HVAC by googling "thermostat repair" when my thermostat went out a few weeks before Christmas. Franklin's was the second place I called, but the first one that responded (I had waited a few hours after leaving a message with another company, but Franklin's responded to my request within 15 minutes, and had someone on site to fix my thermostat the same day)

The technician who helped me was Johnny. He was courteous, experienced, upfront, and honest. He gave me a very reasonable price for what I consider high quality work, backed by a warranty, and I was very happy with it. It was a quick and hassle-free experience.

I even called Johnny back a month later to fix a problem with the efficiency of the HVAC unit itself, since I was so pleased with his work on the thermostat. He did excellent work on that occasion as well.

Johnny and his wife Jodi both seem genuinely interested in providing the highest quality service possible. Working with them was a pleasure that gave me peace of mind. When hiring them I feel like I know 1) the work will be well done, and 2) my money will be well spent.

Our AC stopped blowing air so we called around and Franklin’s was recommended to us. Initially communication was great. They diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Delivery was slow so they lent us a portable unit. After that, communication was terrible. We could see they read our messages and weren’t responding. We were being ignored for hours and would never hear back until the end of the day, if at all. Even calls were not returned until days later. They finally replaced the part but the next day the AC stopped blowing cool air. After multiple attempts to contact Franklin’s with no response, we got another company to fix it that day. It took another 6 days for Franklin’s to pick up their portable unit despite our attempts to contact them. They finally picked it up after 9pm even when they said they’d get it during the day. The night before, they did ask if they could pick up the unit at almost 10pm. We were not expecting this, turning in for the night, and found this to be inappropriate. While Franklin’s was kind to provide us with a temporary solution while waiting for a part to arrive, their terrible communication left us very disappointed.

Wonderful people ! Would definitely recommend to anyone they saved us a few thousand dollars very quick with responding ! Does not sugar coat and will get the job done 🩷
