Nick & Jared came out to see why our AC kept quitting on us. After finding the unit itself in good working order, they determined that the thermostat was starting to fail & becoming inconsistent. We chose which new thermostat we wanted, & they were very careful to line it up properly to install it (I really don't like when things on the wall are crooked 😂). As a bonus, Nick & Jared were also both very personable, & the boss should know they hustle!
We've been customers of HR for almost 15 years now & my family has been for decades because they always send friendly & highly competent people who get the job done quickly, but also take the time to explain the work to be done & the exact amount it will cost.

I was extremely surprised that your company responded so quickly to Quincy. My aunt lives there and she is almost 80 years old and she has no heat in the winter and no cooling in the summer. Harper Revell sent Grant Hewett out and he diagnosed the problem and gave me his honest opinion on what needed to be done to rectify the issue of the unit. As a business owner, I know that oftentimes what may seem as an emergency for one may not be for someone else. Went with Harper Revell on a new Goodman AC unit today. I so appreciate how this Company has handled the process from start to finish. Thanks to the Sales Rep Eric for walking me through the proposal process and what to expect during the install. Special thanks to Sam, Chris and Scott who did the installation. It's hard to find the customer care these folks showed me and my wife today. My only regret is I haven't discovered them sooner. Military Veteran discount was much appreciated! We had an unusual issue with the efficiency of our unit and Sam was able to come up with a great solve and he and his team of Scott, Chris, and Lazaro did a great job over three days solving the issue with professionalism. I highly recommend Harper Revell.

Had a main unit throw an error code. I called the office and that had someone out to troubleshoot the next morning. Parts ordered same day. Still had heat and ac so they’re on top of it to keep the system running as intended. Much thanks to Eric who came onsite and the office team ! Happy Holidaays !!

Professional, Timely, Respectful, Organized. They did an exceptional job cleaning the Air duct system, replacing the casing around unit in attic and replacing all vents. The also cleaned the dryer vent...all at a reasonable price. I am very pleased.

Curtis, Nick, and Austin came out last week to install a Mitsubishi mini-split for a bonus room above my garage. Given the home’s layout, placement of the line set and outside unit proved challenging as these could be potentially visible from the front elevation and front door of the house. The team listened to my concerns and checked-in with me throughout the project to make sure we were aligned. Aesthetically, it turned out great, and more importantly, the bonus room is now ready for the summer!

Max, the owner of the business, has also been great. He came out to provide the initial consultation, quoted a few options, and communicated clearly throughout the project. He also stopped by on the day of install to ensure everything was going as planned.

Ultimately, Harper Revell’s team is a great option to consider for your next HVAC project.

Kudos to the entire Harper Revell team ! Max, Sam, Scott, Chris and Lorenzo for the installation of a new heat pump/air handler etc. this week. Even though hubby changed his mind on the unit at the last minute (apologies to Tyler), HR handled that gracefully and still managed to provide installation as promised. Everyone was professional, respectful and knowledgeable....no mess, no fuss ! As always, the staff of Syndney and Brittany are there to keep things running smoothly.
The next day Team 2 rolled in, Nick and Grant, for extra cleaning of our other unit. They were equally as helpful and also provided good advice to us regarding maintenance and filters.
We have been using HR for decades and highly recommend this company. My only regret is that it took me one week to send this review!

Harper Revell came in right on time and was helpful answering any and all questions I had about the day. We were getting our whole duct system replaced. Having two small children I was concerned with it rolling over to the next day. Their whole crew (Sam, Scott S., Chris, Lazaro, Jack, and Davion) worked extremely hard and knocked it out in a day. They were all very kind and respected our home. They also took some time to help walk me through another possible project I might need done and went above and beyond answering my questions.
