After several bad experiences with local AC companies I finally found a GREAT one!!! Max at Harper Revel immediately came to my house and helped diagnose a humidity issue. He changed all the filters, added necessary coolant and noticed something minor I had not considered as a reason the house was not cooling well. We needed to change the vents! They were old and air flow was misdirected to the ceiling rather than straight down into the actual rooms. Then Max, Scott, and Chris came the same day and changed 20 air vents in my house which has made a phenomenal difference in the cooling of our entire home. The guys were fast, nice, efficient and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. I am so grateful for this awesome service and will be using them forever! Sonya

I love Harper Revell Heating And Air! I am on their maintenance plan and although my regular inspection was scheduled for this coming Monday, my upstairs unit stopped working today. When I called, they were able to get someone out here right away to fix the issue. I got a great discount, which is always nice. And every time someone has been to my house, they have been honest with me about the state of my air-conditioning units and they are giving me information I will need to plan for eventual replacement. This is a family owned, local Business and they really do care. They treat you like family! I highly recommend them.

I have used this company exclusively over the last several years. In that time they have earned our respect and confidence. Over the years we were blessed to have exceptional service technicians. However, Mr. Austin Allen was the consummate professional. He fixed the problem and provided his contact information should the problem return. I highly recommend this company.

9-2-2024 Today I received installation of a complete heating and air conditioning system. We had an experienced expert team that installed the system with precision in the face of extreme heat. Sam, Scott, Nick and Devin were courteous, respectful and worked as a cohesive team. Sam gave thorough instructions on how to use the system and what to do in case of a power outage in conjunction with the Generac generator. Thoroughly satisfied with the work completed and the team of professionals. We will continue to recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Very impressive response to my call for assistance. Turns out circuit breaker had popped due to loose wire on heating system. Jared tightened the wire restored circuit breaker and everything now works fine.
