It is a pleasure to write you a letter of appreciation for the outstanding service you and your staff performed at my residence. Replacing the Geothermal HVAC system with a more conventional air conditioning system was a major undertaking. This project required exceptional knowledge and technical skill. I cannot overstate the extraordinary care and attention to every detail that Mr. Barfield (primary technician) gave to the completion of this task. He is by far the most pleasant, honest, and hardworking service technician that I have ever had the opportunity to have come into my home. He treated my home with absolute respect, almost as if it was his own house.
Mr. Barfield was very accommodating in providing some of the “extra” attention to every request that we made. Throughout the entire project, Mr. Barfield made sure that we were totally satisfied. Each day when he left my house, it was actually cleaner than when he arrived. Every area of my house was safeguarded throughout the entire project, from beginning to the end.
I am fully aware of the magnitude of this project, which included complete demolition and replacing all of the existing duct-work in my attic. You also provided an upgraded electrical panel. Prior to beginning his work, Mr. Barfield covered every ceiling vent with plastic, in order to completely eliminate the possibility of any insulation, or other matter from the attic, entering our living space. He carefully took down the existing wire shelving so it would not be damaged during the construction process. Upon completion, he made sure that each of the vents was secure, functioning properly, and insulation and debris free. The shelving was also restored to its original location and actually made more secure. He also patiently explained to my wife how to use the new Wi-Fi thermostat.
It has been a pleasure to do business with you and I look forward to having our new HVAC system for many years to come. You have earned a life-long customer.

Cindy was the office personal i,spoke with who,was very knowledgeable and professional, I told her my issue and she contacted her technician Rich to contact me. Rich came to the rescue and resolved my A/C needs and he even found two other problems that two,other companies overlooked. Thanks Tallahassee AC....U guys rock.....

Called my home warranty company and they had sent someone from Tallahassee Air. Rick called to schedule a visit and came when he said. Very professional and fixed the problem in just a two hour visit. I highly recommend Rick and Tallahassee Air Conditioning.

HORRIBLE experience with this company!!!! Was assigned to them through my home warranty company on yesterday. They did not answer the phone at the number provided (after multiple attempts) and did not return calls although their voicemail stated that they return calls in 15 - 20 minutes; Technician showed up after the 3 hr window I was given with NO equipment to complete the job, requested a $75 service fee, and then told me he would have to come the following day—woooowww!!!; The following day (today), he did not show up and did not answer his phone; I called my warranty company to have them contact James (owner/or whoever confirmed the appointment) at the Google number I found (which he answers) and was told that the technician would not be able to make the appointment they had scheduled for today and they did not have my number to call me (not an acceptable excuse); James then tried to reschedule for tomorrow (as if I have nothing else to do but wait on them). I called James back directly to ensure that he had my phone number to let me know if they would not be able to show up (again) and he expressed his frustration with ME about receiving multiple calls from the home warranty company on my behalf and about me calling the Google number which costs him every time I call—Really, Sir??!!! I explained that everything about this situation was unprofessional and I am the one who should be upset. He said he did not want to deal with me anymore and I explained that the feeling is definitely mutual!!! I called my warranty company to have them switch me to another, more professional, company!...I am soooo disappointed!!

Jimmy and his crew came out o check my system. They comfirmed that the company that installed the unit was trying to scam to get more money . They said a 6 month old system had discontinued parts. 6800 for a 4300 dollars system sold to a senior citizen. They tried to scam more money from him. I called Jimmy at Tallahassee Air. They got it right the first time .thanks for being honest and fast.

Very professional and prompt service. The technician fixed our ac in less than 30 minutes. He didn’t over charge me and he didn’t try and hustle me into a new unit like the big names companies do. Thank you, Ray!

Definitely recommend this company. We had scott Oliver come out and do our ac maintenance. He was on time and very respectful. He was able to answer all of our questions and made me feel as if he listened. he didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and for that I was thankful!

I am glad I didn't hesitate call to them for my AC compressor when I heard about tallahasseeair. All the niggling issues with my ACs at home have been fixed. I am certainly taking them to my office in the next few weeks. Great experience!

Finally, A company that listens to your needs. My A.C. was down for 13 days waiting for 2 other companies to finish there repairs. I reached out to jimmy. At 5 pm yesterday. We had cold air by 7pm last night. Leremy, the tech was very attentive and listened to our concerns. This lead to his experienced touch solving the problem in short order. Thanks guys, Troy

Ryan Houston may be young but he is a brilliant AC repair man. He found and fixed a problem that four previous technicians had not fixed. After 15 nights without AC we will be able to sleep tonight. I am past being pleased I am estactic!!!!

Ray Jones came out to fix my AC, he fixed it withing 30 min! He is absolutely amazing, I'm so glad I went with this company! Great, loyal and hard working men!!

Air went out late in the day and Tallahassee Air Conditioning came out and, since the heat pump was pretty much dead, went back to his office and got a loaner AC unit for us to use. They did a great job explaining the best replacement unit options and costs and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Our air conditioning went out on the Fourth of July holiday weekend. They were quick to answer the phone, send someone out, and help us get the air conditioning working again. We are very appreciative of their speedy and friendly service as living in Florida in July with a young baby and no air conditioning is not any fun. Thank you Tallahassee A/C & Electrical!

Had AC repairman Ryan Houston respond to my home. He took the time to find the problem and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.
I am often suspicious of repairmen because of the “ripoffs”. But Ryan gave me a different view of honesty. Thanks for sending him my way.

I got to know about Cindy through a friend. My AC was giving me so much problems and I was really considering packing it up. They came and quite promptly too and I just feel like I have a new Air conditioning system right now. They are really good at what they do, this company. I recommend 100%.

So far so good on the initial visit Richard Dipesa of Tallahassee Air Conditioning & Electrical arrived earlier than my appointment time, which was great! He took his time and THOROUGHLY checked every partof my system while explaining everything to me. He was simply awesome! I was particularly impressed with the use of technology to find a leak in my system. He injected fluorescent dye into the line and said if there's a leak we'll find it when I return in 48 hours. By far, this company had done the best job that any other service (4 total) has done! I would recommend this company to anyone. Whomever I spoke with initially told me they were sending their best man and they did! I'll give the 5th star and an update when they are finished!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I was already having an absolutely terrible week when my AC decided to get clogged and leak into my guest bedroom. I called Tallahassee A/C and spoke with a very pleasant representative. She was able to get a tech out to my home within the hour. George Dunn responded to my residence and had the problem fixed in no time. He was incredibly polite, very knowledgable and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!

I initially scheduled an appointment and the technician came to my house 4 days prior to the appointment with no warning. That would have been fine if the problem was fixed. They collected $80 from me and said they would be back the next day after they purchased the supplies needed to resolve the problem. The supplies needed were simple items that could have been picked up from Lowes or Home Depot. It has been well over a week and I still have not had a technician return. I have made several calls just to have the receptionist tell me she would, "check with the technician". Bye, bye $80...hello new electrical company.

I placed a call to my warranty company American Home Shield and within 3 hours a technician from Tallahassee air was at my home. They diagnosed the problem to be a bad compressor and instead of band aids and patches they got the warranty company to pay for an entirely new system inside and out while the company before kept patching it and billing me $500 to $1000. I wish I would have met James and Tallahassee Air Years Ago. Laramey and Charles are wonderful Technicians and So Nice!

We needed insulation and duct work done. We tried to obtain several estimates, unfortunately the local Havana businesses were not interested . Tallahassee Air came through with a reasonable quote. Laramie performed the work very thoroughly. He was very professional, polite and would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for the fine work!
