Beware Leroy Parker and Parker Services

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Parker Services, and I must say, it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the entire interaction reeked of dishonesty and deception.

First and foremost, their initial quote for AC repair was suspiciously low, which should have been a red flag. Once they started the work, they conveniently "discovered" a plethora of additional problems that needed immediate attention, all of which came with exorbitant price tags. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.

Furthermore, their so-called "professional" technicians lacked the expertise and professionalism one would expect. The repairs were shoddy at best, and I found myself needing to call in another reputable company to fix the mess left behind by Parker Services.

When I attempted to address my concerns with them, they were dismissive and unresponsive. It was clear that they had no intention of standing behind their work or addressing customer grievances.

I strongly advise anyone in need of AC services to steer clear of Parker Services and their company. They are nothing more than a scam artist preying on unsuspecting customers. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss by seeking out a reputable and trustworthy AC service provider instead.

Ms. Paige at the office is simply the best and so pleasant to speak with regarding your concerns. My technician Megan was ON TIME, polite, and helpful with any questions I asked. Parker Svcs never disappoints with positive customer svc, punctuality, or pricing.

Great customer service from taking my initial call to scheduling my appointment. Tyler my technician was the best, he repaired my attic leak, he was kind, courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommend.

Bought a yearly maintenance program with Parker services. I've been in construction my whole life. Nolan came in, on time I might add, a very good natured professional well-educated young man. Explained everything he was doing, a really good experience. Plenty of companies I could have gone with, I'm sure glad I picked Parker services. Dealt through the office with Owen, Jackie came gave the estimate, and Josh and Edward came and did the word. Unbelievably good! So professional. The whole team made me feel like a member of the family, and I don't know anyone who could do a better job! Excellent service. Buddy made sure we selected the best AC system for our needs. Patrick and Nick were on time for installation and keep everything clean and tidy. They completed the work in all timely manner.

I have been using Parker in different services from when I was at FSU to now using them for my home. I have always been pleased with the service and have never had any problems until this time. The service mechanic did a great job and always shares what was done. This time around I scheduled a service like I done for many years and no one showed up which does not sit well with me. I had to call you to reschedule, You got it right the second time around.

Great experience with Parker Services. We were having issues with our 5-year old HVAC system cooling our house. I called Parker Services in the afternoon, who responded the following morning. The Service Tech, Alex, did a great job of inspecting our system and explaining the multiple issues that were causing the problems. He showed me photos and videos while explaining how these issues were negativity impacting our HVAC’s performance. Alex fixed some of them that moment, but had to return first thing the following morning to address the others. All and all, we have a positive experience with Parker and have signed up for their routine maintenance service program to avoid issues in the future.

Quick, knowledgeable, excellent service and very affordable. I highly recommend them over the other places in town. They won’t break your bank and they know what they are doing.
