HVAC issues plague everyone at some point. I had a service a previous owner unknowingly authorized on his heat pump that caused intermittent failures that were tough to prove, let alone detect. All the employees were persistent, accessible and responsive. Most importantly, they stuck with it and found my issue. Cool as a cucumber now. Tremendous job folks!

I cannot say how glorious I feel after Harrison’s visit to fix whatever was causing my suite to be forever hot and a good 10 degrees difference from the main house. Harrison took the time to examine EVERYTHING, from counting number of vents, their locations, the outdoor unit, the attic, and then the vent itself. Guess what! Someone had blocked the vent in the suite! He removed the blockage and the cold air started flowing across the room! Had it not been for his keen eyes and attention, this issue could have resulted in a very expensive fix. But Harrison saved the day by finding the actual problem. I could not be happier or more satisfied for the low price I paid to be comfortable. I highly recommend Todd King’s AC business for your cooling needs! Harrison is one of the nicest people I’ve met and sincerely wanted to help me. That means a lot to me. Thank you so much!

I contacted them after being provided with an estimate from another company who couldn’t make it out and we would have to wait the entire weekend to get our AC fixed knowing we had kids.
