“I called this company for my AC. The technician said everything was working fine, charged me, and left. Right after that, the same issue came back. When I called again, they wanted to schedule me for another appointment in a week. Very disappointing customer service. If a problem returns immediately after a visit, it should be treated as a follow-up under warranty, not as a new appointment. Bad service

He took his time inspecting my entire system, documenting everything with video to show exactly what was happening, a true professional. After Ian’s detailed report, Willie followed up with the repair, and I have to say, his dedication was next level. He literally spent the entire day going through the system, making sure every my new detail was addressed properly, even making a trip to Home Depot to ensure the job was done correctly. Bobby came out to our house through our ACs warranty service.
We got a heads up on ETA as we were not living in the house and were renovating and would have to drive over, and he was on time. He was super efficient with figuring all the problems out, gave us a structured explanation of the equipment failures paired right with the repair plan, and gave us additional options regarding future decisions.
Really respectful guy - respectful speaking, answering all my questions and was respectful of our (currently a mess since we’re renovating) home. I’d be happy to have him help us again if we need it.

I just had the privilege of working with them through American Home Shield. They were tenacious with getting my cooling problem solved, trying everything that AHS required before getting the authorization to replace the fan motor. All of their technicians were professional and gave me notice before arriving at my house, which is important because of my dogs. If I had the chance to choose who I worked with in the future for AC problems, I'd choose Hometown.

Outstanding service from the moment I contacted Hometown Heating. My technician, Bobby, was extremely helpful in properly diagnosing my a/c “issue” (that turned out not to be an issue but another company claimed there was a $900+ out-of-warranty program issue)!
Instead, I got some much needed, affordable UV lights on both of my HVAC units to combat the inevitable mold that accumulates here in FL.
