The condo where I work has been contracting Total Air Solutions for years and the service is outstanding. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Today Jacq was our AC service tech and he’s always smiling and keeps our systems running efficiently.

I have been using this company for over 25 years - first when they were CGM Services, and now that they are Total Air Solutions. The company is terrific, and in particular, my service tech Patrick is the best! Competent, clean, friendly, on time, what more can I say? I will continue to use Total Air Solutions, and I highly recommend them.

Pedro was on time, very helpful in answering questions about our HVAC, and serviced them well. He was friendly and explained things clearly so we understood what was being done and tips for maintenance. Great service and when we have our 6 month checkups we’ll be requesting Pedro specifically!

Incredibly happy with our experience with Total Air Solutions. Patrick was on-time, very polite and professional and thoroughly explained the issue with our AC unit. He fixed our problem in no time and got us back to having a cool house again! Would highly recommend this company.

First time using Total Air Solutions. Had technician Kyle who was absolutely wonderful. Reviewed the status of the compressor, showed me my old filter which he said was in good shape but changed it anyway and left old one as backup. Kyle was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Went over optimum setting for leaving air conditioner and humidistat when we go back up north. Had been using another firm in Sarasota but wanted to use a local north port business. Great decision!

Patrick was excellent. He diagnosed our problem quickly, was efficient, informative, and made sure to get us the best deal possible. We have used several air services before and Total Air is by far the best!

Patrick, who has been with Total Air for several years [always a good sign] did a great job diagnosing our heating/heat pump problem, identified the part that was needed and then returned to install that part. Patrick has been my service person twice and he is great; takes time to explain any issues or what service was performed, showed me the problem part and protected the new part from the elements to ensure a longer life. If you need a reliable, experienced, trustworthy A/C company, Total Air Solutions is it. I pay for the Healthy Neighbor Plan and now don't have to worry if something happens, I am covered by their great service; and I get 2 services during the year for a tune-up and clean-up. Total Air Solutions had been maintaining our A/C for many years at our home in South Tampa. The office staff are courteous and easy to deal with. So it was a no brainer to continue service with them when we moved. James, the technician who usually comes out, is punctual, professional and meticulous in everything he does - and just a great person overall. We are really pleased with Total Air!
[2022 update] Our unit was serviced recently by Jacq, who was very pleasant to deal with and did a thorough job. We continue to highly recommend them.

Was very, very pleased with how responsive Total Air Solutions Tampa was. They kept us informed of when our service technician would arrive. Pedro was right on time for my service appointment. He took care to do all he was supposed to do for the 6 months service. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He took extra time to fix one of the air handler panels that wasn’t sealed properly from the factory. He completed all the required items. He didn’t have the correct air filter for my unit on his truck so he said he would get one and come back later that day. He showed back up that afternoon with the correct air filter and got it installed. He went beyond any service I have had previously. Thank you Pedro!

Total Air Solutions did a great job replacing my existing A/C system. The technicians (Demetrius, Tim, and Bo) were very professional, courteous, experienced, and well trained. They did a great job answering my questions and completing the work on-time. The sales representative (Matt) was also a pleasure to work it. He was thorough and offered options to fit my needs. After several years, many different companies, and a ton of money spent, Air Solutions Patrick was able to finally fix our leaking unit!!! He was quick, professional, and clean. We've been with Total Air Solutions for many years and very happy with them maintaining (a service agreement to be checked and cleaned every 6 months has made our units last longer) and fixes when needed with our air conditioning needs. Bryan did our 6 month maintenance and he was very nice, happy, down to business, and professional. Thank You Total Air for keeping us cool and comfortable!

Total Air Solutions has been a great company to do business with. We had them here to do maintenance on our A/C and dryer vent. EVERYONE has been great! Friendly, professional, on time, and much less costly than the other three companies we contacted. Also, both technicians were very conscious of our pets and personal safety. They also made it a point to leave our place neater than when they arrived. Can't say enough good things about them.

Total Air Solutions did a wonderful job with my AC install. My previous AC, which was quite old, quit cooling and I needed a quick replacement. Chris was very responsive, gave me several options that met my needs and budget, and quickly scheduled the installation. The installation team, Demetrius and Leandro, were very professional and did a great job removing the old condenser and blower and installing the new system. Really happy with Total AC and highly recommend.

Our company has an annual maintenance contract with Total Air Solutions and we couldn't be happier with their service. Our technician, Wilder, did a great job and cleaned up after he was finished with the repairs. He was very polite and knew what needed to be repaired. I’d like to thank Total Air and their technician James for recently providing excellent service. We called Total Air in the morning and they sent James to repair our AC system that afternoon. James quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. He was super friendly and explained what he had done. The Total Air office should also be recognized for their customer service. They kept in touch with me to let me know when James would arrive. We have used Total Air before and highly recommend them.

Patrick came out and gave me a second opinion regarding work done and proposed by another AC repair company. The prices totally beat what I paid and confirmed that the other company was trying to rip me off. He was very professional, honest, and trustworthy. I do not have a leak in my 3 yr old system that would warrant a $10000 replacement unit. Everyone that we encountered at Total Air have been very helpful.

Our technician Dylan Schmidt was on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable about our unit. He did a great service job and educated me on some options including a UV light that I am very interested in. We have been working with Total Air Solutions since they installed our brand new unit and have been happy with the service ever since. Each technician has gone above and beyond. We noticed the air wasn't cooling upstairs and it went from comfortable to uncomfortable very quickly!!

We called on a Sunday night and they came the next day (early afternoon!). Awesome turn around time considering the time of year!! Patrick was our technician and he was great! He explained everything "on our level" and we are now back to a cooled house! He explained what malfunctioned and what we needed to do to fix it. Luckily, he had everything on the truck and he fixed it very quickly! Patrick was friendly, respectful, patient, and qualified! We will ask for him by name next time!
