I cant say enough good things about Damian! He was prompt and extremely helpful when our ac went out. It’s never a fun thing to tackle when the Hvac is not cooling but he went out of his way to make sure we were given all the best options with regards to our system and ways to can fix it! Very happy with Hometown Heating & Air and highly recommend Damian.

Willie was wonderful to work with pleasure attitude. He also explained everything he was doing . He also cleaned up very well. So far my unit seems to work well . They were call out via my home warranty company.

This company knows their stuff. And, the tech that came to my house (Damien) was the nicest human being. It's so easy to be taken advantage of when something breaks in your house and you have no idea how to fix it. He explained everything to me in detail and we're on a path to get it all repaired. Would highly recommend for your heating/AC repairs.

While it was an expense I was not looking forward too the service tech Damien K was great… totally communicating what was going on. Very adaptive to being surrounded by the watchful eyes of dogs! Highly recommend and want him for future work.

Damian did a fantastic job evaluating my HVAC system when my heat stopped working. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and recommended some preventative maintenance. He was quick, but explained the issues that I was experiencing thoroughly. Good job!

Great experience with Hometown Heating & Air. They did have to order a part, which was understandable, especially with it being cold. What really impressed me is that the moment the part came in, they came out and fixed my AC right away. Very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the quick follow-up and great service!

5 stars – Damian at Hometown Heating & Air is everything you want in a tech. No heat on a cold day; he showed up right on time, friendly and upbeat. He talked me through every test and step, taught me what each part does, and made sure I understood why the motor had to be ordered.

Even though the full fix waits for the part, he left the workspace tidy, explained the follow-up plan, and promised the next tech will finish the job seamlessly. Professional, patient, and transparent—couldn’t ask for better service.

He was incredibly helpful throughout the day and demonstrated exceptional patience and professionalism at every step. I was having a particularly rough day, but Damian’s calm, understanding approach truly made a difference and turned the experience into a positive one. I was hesitant to remove my previous 5-star review to leave this new one, because working with Hometown Heating and Air initially started as a great experience with both service and customer service. After detecting an issue with my HVAC and waiting on a part that I was told was on backorder, they apparently stopped communicating with my warranty company. I feel that I was also misled because Hometown Heating and Air said that my claim was canceled by my warranty company and that it was my warranty company's responsibility to notify me. My warranty company confirmed that the claim was never canceled. My customer dashboard when I logged into my account also still showed the claim as active.

When I called Hometown Heating and Air to ask if they could pick-up the newer pending claim from my warranty company, I was told that they are very busy and that the earliest they could come back out to my condo would be in two weeks. I was more than okay with waiting because again, they were so wonderful to work with up to that point. After promising to call me back to schedule that follow-up, they have since went completely silent.

I truly wish Hometown Heating and Air had just been honest about not wanting to finish the repair so I could have moved on to another company sooner. I would have still left my previous 5-star review.

Living in Florida, if this HVAC issue had happened during the peak summer months, this lack of transparency would have been a truly miserable situation for me. Ghosting a customer who is loyal to a brand is not only unprofessional but saddening.

I hate having to deal with repair guys of any kind alone. However this experience just might have changed my mind. My service guy Damien was great. He took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my air and all my options. He didn't present any option as being better than the other and I appreciated that.

The technician, Willie was absolutely wonderful! He was so polite and knowledgeable. He is a definite asset to your company and a keeper! I rated you 3 stars because they he part took almost 3 weeks to come in. I cal d. AHS on a Saturday and the part magically appeared on a Monday. Hat is as much too long to wait.
