Patrick is extremely professional and respectful. He works efficiently, is very detail oriented, and cleans up well after himself. He has been out to several of our locations and it has been a wonderful experience each and every time. We have been using Total Air for some time now. Their maintenance plan is excellent, and you are called when it is time for your six month checkup. If there is a problem with your AC they do their best to respond quickly.

The serviceman (Jacq) who arrived (on time) today was most courteous, and did a thorough inspection of our AC, both inside and out. He was able to spot an area that could have given us problems later in the summer, and took care of it immediately.

Technician Dylan Schmidt did a really great job! He was ON TIME, very tidy, and he wore a mask the entire time he was in my unit. Dylan is definitely polite and very helpful with questions. I would request Dylan to come back for my next routine maintenance.

I would recommend Total Air Solutions very highly. I had my A/C installed this year and i haven't had any problems. When it came time for my routine maintenance the main office scheduler called me several times to follow up to ensure I had my maintenance scheduled. Thanks for your persistence!!

1 year since we had our new system installed and we could not be happier.

From the first meeting with Al, when we were looking to purchase a system, to the last time Stephan preformed regular maintenance for us, the entire team at Total Air Solutions has been amazing. Customer service is outstanding and the maintenance staff is one of the most professional I have worked with in a long time.

They really take care of there customers like family. We’re glad to of had Total Air Solutions take care of our HVAC needs. Call them, I am sure you will be glad you did, we are!

A technician named Dylan came to our door, EXACTLY on time, following the covid 19 mandates by wearing a mask. He was extremely thorough and did a maintenance check on our AC. When he realized we didn't have filters, he left for Lowes and returned shortly, and installed them. He was particularly pleasant and polite during the time he was here. Even our lab Jesse liked him--and you can always trust a lab!

Total Air repaired our AC a few weeks ago. The service was fast and saved us from roasting! We now have a service contract with them (which is why Dylan was here) so that they will fully check our AC unit twice a year.

From the receptionist who takes calls when repair is needed, to the technicians who expertly do their jobs, Total Air Solutions is a business you can trust. I highly recommend them!

Great company! Clean, responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I have the bi-annual routine maintenance service with Total Air and know my AC is on tip-top condition whenever they leave. Wilder came to complete my most recent routine maintenance and was excellent. He took his shoes off in the house (without me asking) and was sure to keep things clean during his service. When he was done, I could hardly tell he was here except for seeing my system clean outside (he sprayed the outside unit down to ensure it kept its sparkling clean look). Thank you Wilder and the entire crew at TAS! You guys rock!

Oct 2024 - Javier just did a great thorough job with my A/C maintenance and preparing it for winter. He also leveled my compressor which had tilted due to ground settling. He took the time to inspect and ensure my system is running as required.

April 2022 - Patrick did a great thorough job with my A/C maintenance. He answered all of my questions regarding system performance and insured that the settings in my thermostat were set properly. Total Air Solutions did my AC install a couple years ago and I will continue to use them for their bi-annual maintenance service. Great company with great service people!

Update: April / 2021: Just had Total Air Solutions perform the first bi-annual maintenance on the AC system they installed last October. The Carrier system they installed has been working great! Received a reminder phone call last week from them that it was time for a system check-up and scheduled an appointment for later that week. The AC Tech, James, showed up on time and he did a very thorough job of inspecting and cleaning my AC unit. As I watched him work, I asked many questions about the system and proper maintenance (I'm an engineer). James is very knowledgeable and answered each question courteously. He took his time checking and cleaning the system before leaving for the next job. I've had techs from other companies perform maintenance on my previous AC system and they were not as thorough as James from Total Air Solutions. So far, my experience working with Total Air Solutions has been a good one! I recommend them for your AC needs.

I moved to Tampa last year and tried two AC companies for maintenance and repairs to my unit. I was not happy with their service and finally found Total Air Solutions. The company sent Wilder for a repair and he was able to hone in on the problem very quickly. I also took advantage of Total Air Solution’s great price for maintenance contracts and was glad I did. Wilder did a very thorough job of cleaning the unit and giving me tips for preventative care. The scheduling people are very helpful and do their best to get you an appointment quickly. I would highly recommend this business!

I found this company on a Google search as our AC went out. They were the 4th company I called and had someone at the house within an hour or so. The gentlemen that came out were Friendly, Knowledgeable, quick and clean! Had the AC back up shortly. Thank you much and I will definitely call Dolphins Air and Heat first next time!

The crew that installed the ac unit in my house were polite and professional. They answered all the questions I had on maintenance and preventive measures I could do on my own, and even showed me where certain features are located on the unit. They cleaned up any mess they made and used drop clothes when over carpet. Passed inspection with no problems.

Very impressed with their work and the price! Installed a new high efficiency unit in one day and my electric bill has been cut in half. Had a electrical problem three months later,( not their fault) and Sergio was there within two hours to fix it and make it right

I can’t say enough about how reliable and honest Sergio was. From the consultation to install everything went well and on time. He never tried to up sell me but was open and honest about what I wanted vs needed. I was told once you move to Florida you need a good bug guy and A/C guy. Well I’ve fond a great A/C guy.

Highly recommend Santiago and Dolphin Air for any residential HVAC system. Very honest, dedicated and reliable service. Same day service. Santiago worked until 7pm to make sure that the system was running properly and that there were no complacency.

Had a great experience. Salesman, Sheldon, was extremely knowledgeable and I felt confident in his recommendations and thorough explanations. I ended up with a brand new unit and I felt like I got a great deal. All the work was done on time and on schedule. I would recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

Dolphin Air and Heat is one awesome and amazing company which so generously helped our Synagogue's unit which we had given up on. Sergio and Sheldon brought it back to life and swapped out both of our thermostats. We are extremely grateful especially in the heat of the Summer! We recommend this company to all!!

The company dispatched a tech who is very knowledgeable and took care of the air not cooling. A week later we called them back to replace it with a 18 SEER Frigidaire inverter system. My home cools like never before and my electric bill significant cut to 50%. Go to guys and crew. Highly recommend Dolphin Air & Heat, Inc.

They came out on a Sunday "Huge Plus". Dispatch told me they had a tech in Bradenton but, tech traveled from Tampa. It took 3 hrs to arrive. Not 2 as I was told. No phone call to let me know he was running late. He was a very nice tech but, didn't ask me if I wanted my AC fixed. He just did it and told me after it was done. He had no invoice to give me of the work performed. His Supervisor had to email one to me. Don't get me wrong. This wasn't a bad experience but, It could have been better. Just update the customer on everything going on and have an invoice available.
