Javier walked me through all my questions and what exactly was going on with my system. Then thoroughly explained each fix recommendation and how each repair would impact my hvac system and air quality. Highly recommend.

Extremely professional. Javier came out and explained everything he was doing and showed me his meter on every part he was testing and explained why my system couldn't blow out cold air. Since it was an older system I decided not to just repair it but to get a whole new system thru Joe Cool. The price was very affordable. Thank you Javier for making me feel comfortable about using your business. I will be calling this company if I have any other plumbing needs.

My a/c went out on Memorial Day and I was able to have someone come out the very next morning. Parts were shipped and are set to be installed tomorrow. Pricing was great and the financing option was extremely reasonable and affordable. Won’t be going anywhere else for my HVAC and plumbing needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% of the time

Javier S came out to fix my AC. It did cut off again after I just had them come out to do a tuneup two days ago Xavier I believe reflushed showed water draining. iHe did a wonderful job extremely kind. Explain to me what it happened and why the system shut down I can’t express how much I appreciated his kindness, his explanations and his knowledge it was very comforting to know that I could call anytime and get help. UPDATE: I was promised a phone call as a response to my review. That call never came.

I have trusted Joe Cool over the years but NEVER again. The technician arrived and after about an hour notified me that the repair was complete and I owed nearly $500 for labor alone because the part was still under warranty. The technician did NOT give me a quote for the work prior to starting the job.

We were very happy with service from Javier. OK, he explained all the workings of the air unit and why things need to be done on a regular basis. He installed a Air purifier when he found out that I have multiple allergies great service I would request him again

Javier did a good job with the a/c maintenance plan checkup. His inspection identified additional work and improvements to keep the system operating well and help prevent future problems. He provided photos and clearly explained his plan & the cost and options of the additional work. After completing the job he showed pictures of the finished work. Javier was friendly, answered my questions well and worked efficiently.

We had an emergency problem with our plumbing with water leaking from the pipes under the bathroom floor. When I called Joe Cool it was a Saturday afternoon and they sent a technician, Brandon out within 2 hours. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Brandon did an assessment with recommendations without being pushy. We ended up having our toilet pipe (external) flushed due to build up in the pipe that could lead to further problems down the road. We also decided to have our toilet replaced which was completed on the same visit. Overall we are very happy with Brandon’s work. The staff at the office were also courteous and very pleasant on the phone. I would recommend this company.
