I can't say enough good things about David, the AC technician who helped us with our mini-split system. After struggling with our AC being out for 5 months and going through two other companies who couldn't fix it, we were starting to lose hope. But David turned everything around. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explaining each step of the process and offering clear options for repair.

Received maintenance and clear drain line/installed UV light to reduce algae and mold. Javier was friendly, kind, and able to get everything taken care of quickly.

Javier showed up today to do my annual inspection of both units. He showed me the data for each of the units and was very detailed with me regarding questions I had about cooling the spaces in the home, along with suggestions for improving indoor air quality. He is very personable and knowledgeable.

I am a Total Care Member with Joe Cool. I think it's worth it. I originally called for a Friday service and I was on the schedule but the jobs that were prioritized before mine were taking longer than expected. My house was cooling off and on so I told Shelly I can do Saturday if needed but no later. Both my AC units were turning off then the upstairs unit stopped all together which i later found out from my tech that it was due to backed up drains. My technician, Javier S., was amazing. He explained everything I needed to know about my AC units and what I can expect in the future so I can plan accordingly with funds. He answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice on things to do between maintenance services to keep my units running smoothly. Javier was also courteous and VERY knowledgeable. I do want to give some recognition to Shelly in the office who kept me up to date on the time frames and my tech. She also gave me a follow-up call shortly after my service, which I appreciated to make sure I was uo and running and that I was happy with the service. Terrible experience. DO NOT recommend. Just Over two years ago, we spent more than $15,000 on Joe Cool's Plumbing for a complete installation, including a drain pump. Now, the pump has started rising from the ground, creating both an eyesore and a safety hazard. Despite this being their installation error, they refuse to fix it unless we pay an additional $3,000.

I called with a fairly unique problem. My wall was leaking, and there was no apparent pipe it was coming from. They came in and did a thorough inspection on my home and all potential causes of water spew. They spotted a highly distressed air handler and had a guy on hand same day to come take a look along with a lady to thermogun my home to tell me the extent of water damage
They were able to stop the leak from occurring. Caused by goop in the air handler. I have to get a new system and they give me regular maintenance for a year so goop will not occur again.

Joe Cool is a great company, We had a new A/c unit put in 5years ago with them, We also have the service agreement with them, We always request Javier, He is the man!
We absolutely love him, he’s very knowledgeable about everything to do with heat and air conditioning, he’s very clean after his work and always friendly even our dog loves him. We have had a couple other service technicians come out when our system was acting up and they wouldn’t know what was wrong with it, then Javier would come and take a look and fix the problem right away.
