I have had to use Dolphin AC for about every service over the past five years and to say they’ve been phenomenal is an understatement. When you’re in FL and your AC breaks down, it constitutes an emergency and I can always depend on them to follow through. I recently replaced my old HVAC system and Sergio couldn’t have possibly exceeded my expectations more. He was in constant communication with me about his arrival and the timeline of the services so there were no surprises. He was extremely patient in explaining the different options, features and other inquiries that I had.

Sergio and Dolphin are always there when you need them the most. To find a quality and professional company is a challenge in itself. But to find one that is also dependable, trustworthy and concerned about the customer’s experience is extremely rare. The Tampa area is fortunate to have such a great company readily available to fix these issues!

I cannot say enough about my recent experience with Dolphin. My (21 year old) furnace finally went and my AC was old and in need of replacement, too. I got several estimates, met with several vendors, and asked many questions over the course of several days. A number of neighbors recommended Dolphin but it was my meeting with Sheldon that sealed the deal. He came out (exactly on time) to do the estimate, pleasantly answered my many questions (quickly) over the few days I was deciding, and he was here to supervise and assist on the day of the installation (when the team also showed up on time, around my work schedule). The Dolphin installation team was cordial and cleaned up as promised. Owner Sergio came at the end of the long day to check things out and introduce himself. I highly recommend Dolphin and if you are looking to purchase I recommend you ask for Sheldon.

Sergio and his team had a quick response and fair pricing with a new system for a condo. I had been using another company for rental residential properties, but service has been on decline. I gave Dolphin Air & Heat a try and could not be happier with the experience and results. I plan on moving all my business to Dolphin Air & Heat.

Sergio and Sheldon were awesome!! They came and got me up and running in no time with better service and a better price.. when a "big" hvac company had almost a week and told me that the part they needed came in just after Sheldon got me back in working order.. Keeping my pregnant better half and 3 kiddos cool in our lovely heat down here!

From my first meeting with Sergio through the installation of a heat pump system, I was completely satisfied ! The office staff was always friendly, competent and eager to help. The installers were great ! The inspector commented that it was a very clean install ! All employees I spoke to seemed honest and worked as a complete team. The cost was completely competitive and fair ! Oh yea, it is working well too. ! Thanks ..

Buster and my kids were not feeling the best after going from a 40 Degree night in Trinity Florida to a night that was 80 and when we kicked the Air on learned it didn't work. The owner came right out and we learned a squirrel decided to snack on our wires (guess it thought it was a nut). Not only did he fix it on the spot, but helped us in seeing how we can make it another season with the old unit we have. He went above and beyond and our family was so grateful to have a nice cold house again to sleep in.

Highly recommend. Super professional, fast and very affordable. Side note: Buster our Dog is Happy but we never caught the squirrel.

I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism provided. They responded promptly after my initial contact and quickly fixed my company's air conditioning. Their efficiency and expertise were impressive. If I ever need air conditioning service again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services.

I had such a positive experience with Dolphin Air and Heat. Cold air was coming out from underneath my house so I realized there was an issue. My previous air conditioning provider would not go underneath the house (my house is raised with a small craw space and no easy access) and they only looked in the grates inside my house and told me all the ducts needed to be replaced and then gave me a large and shocking estimate. Dolphin Air was recommended from a friend who loved his work saying he was honest and did fabulous work on their air conditioning unit. Sergio returned my call, his team was out in a jiffy and they crawled underneath my entire house (not an easy pass) and took photos and videos of my ducts which were in bad shape with holes and tears in the ducts. They gave me a very fair price to replace the ducts(significantly less than my previous provider)and completed the job in 1 day! I am very pleased with the results and work performed by Dolphin Air and Heat and will continue working with them for air conditioning service.

The compressor was making noise at times. We called couple of other competitors . They were unable to fix the noise after charging significant money. I then called Sergio from Dolphin. He fixed the problem.It has been couple of months and compressor is very quiet and normal.

Couldn’t say enough good things about this company! The owner Sergio came to my rescue after our AC randomly stop working around 5pm. With two little ones home I was starting to panic but he was able to help out within the hour and got us up and running. Fair prices and super professional. Always a fan of using locally, family owned and will be using them for the future!

Dolphin Air came out to help get the a/c and heat back up at the Happy Everything store so fast! I called at 5pm on Friday and Sergio was there at 12pm on Saturday. Sergio was so kind, funny, and made me smile while also making me feel incredible about my service! Highly recommend!

Such a great team! I’ve called Dolphin twice for different homes and broken AC. Both times during heat waves! Sergio is kind, personable and honest! Trustworthy team with reliable service! You can count on me as a repeat customer! Also, Sky at the office is so kind and helpful!

My AC went out Sunday night. I called Monday morning and they came out at 3pm same day. Every other company I called beat around the bush and was saying at least 3 days out.

I met Sergio and another gentlemen. It felt like they were family. Sergio literally touched and giggled some wires and found the problem in 1 mintue I'm not kidding.

They know what they are doing and are very talented. I highly recommend them if your are having problems. My AC is over 10 years old but they treated it as if it was brand new. We swapped stories as they changed the part out.

We just had the best experience with Sergio and his team from Dolphin Air and Heat. After going 4 months with no AC in Florida and having numerous service calls through our Home warranty plan finally Sergio was sent to the rescue . With in 1 week of Sergio coming out to assess what was needed , a new AC unit was ordered and installed with exceptional service. I can not write a praise big enough to say how wonderful he was to us and how grateful we are . Excellent service! Sergio is as professional and friendly as can be. It means a lot to me to have an expert I can trust. When my AC stopped working, Sergio came by right away and diagnosed the issues. The price I paid was very reasonable. I highly recommend Dolphin Air Conditioning.

3 Splits in 3 years, all working wonderfully, saving me money and keeping my areas cool every day. Sergio & his crew @ Dolphin Air have been literal Godsends when it comes to reasonably priced professional licensed installs of these Mini Split units.

Other companies were charging 4-8x (and I'm not even kidding about that) more than he charged. Dolphin is an actual locally owned and operated business unlike most of the corporate-owned-but-pretending-they're-small AC businesses around Tampa Bay. You see that with Dolphin; they have additional attention to detail, understand peoples lives and schedules and don't show up with fancy tablets and huge prices in un-needed "service packages for 30 years" on AC units installed today.

They are honest and hard working and have done a wonderful job on every task I have given them. I even asked them to check my main unit; and they literally told me that I would be wasting money by paying them to service it, because it didn't need service.

Every time someone has asked me in the last 3 years about an AC company to call; I have just given them the number of Dolphin.
Honesty, Hard work & Care. That is what I see from Sergio and Dolphin AC.

Sergio was amazing. Came out fast and very professional . Sergio answered all our questions and concerns. The crew that did the installation were top notch. They came in 6 deep and within 5 hrs they removed and replaced all the ductwork and A/C unit

Had them come quote for a water heater replacement. Communication was good, the tech was knowledgeable and friendly, and the quote was pretty competitive. Appreciate that they have Saturday hours that aren’t charged an “after hours” premium.

Javier did a phenomenal job explaining the issues with our AC unit and was very honest and transparent about what we needed to do to extend the life of our equipment. He is our first call when we need HVAC work done.
