Recently I had a new Trane A/C installed in my home in Valrico. The "sales" was no pressure, the installation was perfect and the price was right. Since the installation I have had a few questions about my new system and every question was answered promptly and professionally.
My wife and I are very pleased with the entire experience we had with Dolphin.

On a side note, the "conditioned air" actually feels cleaner, lighter and for the lack of words to describe it, simply better air. This is a feature I was not expecting, but very pleased with!

I've had a few A/C systems installed in my lifetime....none came close to the professionalism and quality of this company. Actually drove over 2 hours to my home and arrived on time (imagine that!). Sergio answered every inane question I presented to him without making me feel like an idiot for asking; took the extra time to explain the new thermostat and operation of the entire unit so that a novice like me could understand it; and cleaned up every piece of old one (including screws and scrap metal). Friendly yet professional. Yep, an outstanding experience, indeed. Highly recommend Dolphin and their crew!

Had a great experience with them! Very knowledgeable and professional, and did a great job in a timely manor. Was introduced to them via Sears, and are very thankful we used them instead of a different company who I’ll leave nameless that wanted to charge us almost DOUBLE just because they have a catchy jingle if you catch my drift ;-).

I recently found myself in an air conditioning emergency. I contacted Dolphin Air in the evening on a SUNDAY and they arrived at 9 AM the next morning. Their service was punctual and their work was impeccable. I will certainly use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

Our air conditioning went out (in early Sept during a 90 degree day) and after viewing several recommendations on FB, I decided to call Dolphin Air and Heat. They were at my house within an hour. They had to drive to Plant City for a part, but were willing to do it even though it was already almost 4pm. Needless to say, I had air by 8:30pm! I was impressed with their dedication and hard work to make sure we had air conditioning by the time we went to bed, even though it rained several times while they were working. (I was positive they would have to stop, but they kept going!) Sergio and Ilian were amazing, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and determined to give me their best service. I highly recommend Dolphin Air and Heat!!

This is the third time we have had Dolphin out to repair our system. We started using them because they were the only ones at the time that could work with a nest thermostat. Our system is 11 years old. Each time they've been here they've been pleasant, they've been professional, their rates are competitive and they're just great to deal with. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

Our air went out in the middle of the night with summer upon us and I have a newborn. I needed someone to come out as soon as possible and Dolphin was quick to respond, which was greatly appreciated. The A/C was quickly resolved and after a further check they found a blown UV light and a safety issue with the light being too close to our gas line for the heat. I’m glad to have had them out for so many reasons! I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends and neighbors.

Sergio was very honest and professional, I called Dolphin as second opinion since the first opinion was to cost $1800 “need Freon and fixing the leak and need to change the coil evaporator” however when Sergio did his test he found the problem was the capacitor. Which cost me including labor $240

My old A/C was giving me problems and leaking so I called Dolphin Air & Heat for Service. Sheldon came out quickly (and on time) and did his best to service the unit but told me it was very old and rusty. I knew this. We discussed a new unit. A few days later, I called him up and made arrangements to replace the unit. The crew was very nice and worked quickly. Sergio also came by to assist. Sheldon came back near the end and checked my ducts in the attic. They didn't make much of a mess but cleaned up after themselves. Sergio offered to register the unit and process the rebate for me. It took a total of about 5 hours. I was very impressed! My unit is just awesome. Karen W

Dolphin installed our two units in 2018. They, also, perform an annual maintenance check. They were then, and continue to be, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, neat, responsive and….they VALUE their customers as well. Their employees stick with Dolphin for years which speaks volumes. Ask for Sheldon or Sergio, though I’m sure they’re all exemplary.

I normally do not write reviews however Dolphin Air & Heat went above and beyond. Last week our AC was not working & some other AC company (Not Dolphin Air & Heat) sent a tech out to "fix" the issues. Today I came home and found our home 82 degrees and the AC was not working. It was unbearably hot and I have a 6 month old and 2 year old who could not stay in these conditions. Not to mention Sunday night it is impossible to find anyone working. Sergio drove an hour to our home and was able to diagnose and resolve the issues. We had not 1 but 2 leaks which Sergio and his crew found and the other company missed. Dolphin Air & Heat got right to work and my family now has AC colder than it has ever blown in the house. If I have any more issues I will not waste time calling anyone else. I wanted to share this positive experience because there are a lot of AC companies out there but Dolphin Air & Heat are a notch above. You can tell as soon as they get to work they know what they are doing.

What a professional company. Replacing an A/C Unit is a big capital investment and having someone you can trust is key. Dolphin Air & Heat is that company. We had several questions and Sergio was patient and answered them for us to make sure we got the right system and didn't spend unnecessary money. They were very competitively priced and did the job next day and with not having AC in Florida that is huge. Crew showed up when they said they would and got to work right away. When the job was done the cleanup was impeccable as I would have never known they were there. Please give this company consideration for your business. You won't be disappointed. Top Notch!!

Awesome customer service! We returned from vacation to find out our AC stopped working. We called and a service tech was at our house within an hour and he fixed the issue right away. Would highly recommend. Sergio was a great service tech and was very informative and helpful. Won't hesitate to use Dolphin again.

By daughters A/C died. It was 21 years old We contacted Sergio at Dolphin Air and Heat on a Saturday around 4pm. Sergio was there within an hour and evaluated the system and gave us a resionable quote My daughter signed a contract and Monday they were there to install the system. They very efficient, professional and respectful to my daughters house. I would highly recommend Dolphin to do work. I will definitely use them at my house very soon

Sergio and team are a life saver. My outside AC unit was making a loud disturbing sound late in the day that later resulted to me turning off my ac unit on a hot day. Dolphin Air & Heat came out to review what was going on and they quickly found the problem and resolved it. With their professional knowledge and honest assessment, they also help my unit run better than before. I highly recommend Dolphin Air & Heat Inc to all!
