Hometown Heating and Air was exactly what I needed. My heat was giving me problems, and I also had mold in my air handler. They showed up on time, explained what they found clearly and understandably, and walked me through the plan before they began any work.

They performed a thorough cleaning of the air handler to remove the mold, then installed a UV kit to help prevent its recurrence and improve air quality. Additionally, they installed an ARR to correct the heating issue and ensure the system operates as intended.

The difference was immediate. The system is running better, the heat is working right again, and I feel a lot better knowing the air handler is clean and protected. Professional work, respectful crew, and no shortcuts. I highly recommend Hometown Heating and Air if you want the job done right.

Great company as customer service. The technician (Damian K.) arrived on time and did a through job in servicing my HVAC system. He went above and beyond my expectations. When I encountered an issue that needed attention he was able to resolve it quickly without having to waste more days for another service. Truly exceptional work. I would highly recommend Hometown Heating & Air to anyone looking to have HVAC services done.

Javier A was excellent. A great service call. He was very thorough and made sure that everything was clean and in perfect working order. He went above and beyond! Will definitely request him again.

Jacq was our technician and did a wonderful job. He was here to check my A/C unit because it seemed to just run all day. The only issues he found was dirty air handler and A/C coil and cleaned them both and gave me some details on how to maintain our system and shared the maintenance plan the company had to offer for the future. This was my first time calling Total Air Solutions and it is a great company to do business with and will be adding them to my speed dial. Thanks!!!!

Ginny was our service technician and she did a great job! She was very personable and answered all of my questions. When she went on the roof to check our unit, which was fine, she alerted me to a neighbors unit that was making a lot of noise and to let them know they were having issues. She didn’t have to do that but she did, which makes me think she is a dedicated employee! I will definitely be requesting Ginny for my next follow up apt!

This visit Wilder was the technician. He was very personable and took care of an issue with our ductwork. He was very conscientious. Another great employee of Total Air!

After 18 years of service, our air conditioner breathed its last and we were in need of a new unit. Total Air Solutions moved quickly and in 2 days time, the new unit was installed and running perfectly. We want to thank Wilder Vonatien who discovered the need for a new AC, Chris Acosta who made all the arrangements, and Demetrius Crump & Kevis Thompson who installed the new unit. All 4 gentlemen treated us with kindness and great respect and went out of their way to make sure that the process was done right from the start. Demetrius & Kevis explained everything and worked hard and steady until the job was completed. Thank you so much. We appreciate your efforts.

great HVAC company. Great people and great service. They responded to my service needs within 90 minutes. Matt the salesman was h elpful at helping me upgrade my system with great options. my Air conditioner is the best cooling system i have ever had. Service Techs James and Wilder were on time knowledgeable professional and provided quality installations and cleaned up. Lauren in the office is professional helpful and on top of it, getting my service scheduled.

Total Air Solutions was the A/C subcontractor for a new-construction project for our business. We have had multiple issues with our units, and one of our units was 'repaired' under warranty over a year ago- but their 'repair' was done incorrectly and has caused a major failure of the unit which is now costing me thousands of dollars to repair through another company. Repeated attempts to contact Total Air have fallen on deaf ears. I have asked for a return call from a manager or owner for months on this one issue. I cannot recommend this company for commercial work at all. While their technicians are all friendly, they seem to be overworked and in some of our experiences, not properly trained to work on units they have installed. Our next step is likely to file suit in small claims court, as they refuse to respond to my calls or emails on the subject to discuss the matter openly and respectfully.

The gentleman that came out to service our office ac: Patrick. He's a huge blessing and spotted the problem asap in our office AC. He explained to me the issue with it, took pictures to show, & fixed the problem without wasting anytime. Very respectful & I definitely recommend him & the company for AC services. Thank you Patrick so much, you really saved our office from becoming an easy bake oven. I can finally breathe and thank you again for the pen.

Gary was very nice and knowledgeable. He was well versed in what was wrong, quickly diagnosed and repaired effectively. I got a flat tire on the way home and the company was very understanding to me being late to my appointment. I would def use them again.

As luck would have it, our air conditioner went out over a weekend. I received a response within a few minutes after contacting Total Air. I explained what was going on at which point, they said they would dispatch an on-call technician. Alex arrived at our home within 30 minutes and jumped right in to start investigating / diagnosing the issue. Luckily, it was only the capacitor and he replaced it in no time. I asked him to also look at our smaller AC unit as it had some issues several months earlier. He very quickly noticed the 2-stage compressor was not wired correctly therefore only operating at half of it's capacity. He re-wired this unit very quickly and I could tell immediately it was running the way it should be. Lastly, I asked him to check the air handlers since he was there. Both were running fine but the coils were surprisingly quite filthy. He cleaned the coils in no time and everything was complete.

What an awesome experience! I truly wish I would have reached out to Total Air Solutions years ago when we started having issues with our AC units. Needless to say, they will now be the company that takes care of our AC system moving forward.

Dylan showed up promptly within the estimated service time. Well equipped to do needed work, Dylan was efficient managing his time and very thorough as he checked all functions and replaced filters as needed. We recommend Total Air to our clients as well. Good job!

We have used Total Air Solutions for our AC system for several years and they never disappoint. Patrick did a fantastic job of explaining the issue and resolving it. I highly recommend for great service at reasonable rates.

I called about an issue with our A/C and they had a technician, Patrick, at our home within a couple of hours. Patrick was friendly, professional and was able to solve our problem quickly. I would highly recommend using Total Air Solutions for any A/C issues or required maintenance. They also offer an excellent maintenance plan which I also signed up for to help prevent any future A/C issues.

Matt and his crew were amazing! They worked with my schedule. The crew arrived on time, put down tarps to protect my flooring, worked quickly, and they answered all of my questions. They also tidied up after they were done. The guys who worked on my house were friendly and polite. I highly recommend Total Air Solutions.

Patrick has been to my site several times and as in the past, he arrived early today, was courteous, professional and polite. Before performing any work he obtained my approval then went about his business studiously. When finished, he cleaned up his debris, explained everything and was on his way.
I'd absolutely recommend Total Air for your Air Conditioning needs.

this service was for my semi-annual maitenance . Pedro was my new technician and everything went so smoothly!
he checked the system inside and on the roof ........and found all to be good.
He was , also, very nice .
it is still hard to see the Total Air Solutions truck drive up and not see JAMES get out .........he will be missed for the great work he did for decades......as well as for being such a gentleman. R.I.P.

Jan.2022 After many years of excellent service, i am so sad to write that James is on a break at this time . my semi-annual maintenance rolled around last week ......and i had to meet and greet my new service technicians,
Wilder and Patrick .

Wilder came first .....and he is SOOOOOOOO quiet .........i didn't even hear him ! he was very courteous and removed his shoes before coming inside each time and did wear a mask.
Wilder discovered that the capacitor was running weak ......and although he explained that it was possible for it to continue to function for some time ? (unknown) ......ultimately i made a second call and Patrick came out and changed it.
Patrick had been here in 2015 when he (and James) worked for a previous company ......so it was a nice surprise to see a familiar face !
he was very quick with the repair !

i have had multiple conversations with Amber in the "dispatch" dept. and i have been very pleased with Total Air Solutions's concern for their customer's satisfaction! thank you Amber!

i would suggest that the technicians clearly explain the prices for services/parts etc. i have a maintenance contract that includes a discount for repairs .

today, i had my semi-annual a/c maintenance check up with Patrick.
everything was great ! very professional........on time......wore a mask and shoe booties ........and finished up in an hour .

I wanted to compliment one of your employees: Patrick, for the very complete and thorough maintenance service he performed at my home. I have had many, many maintenance calls for my air conditioning systems over the years and none have ever been anywhere near as professional, comprehensive as the service provided by Patrick. very impress with his technical experience/knowledge.

Kevin’s team did a great job installing the ac unit. Trevor in particular was working in my condo. He was very thorough and very patient with me. He explained in detail how the unit operated and what to do if it stopped functioning. Your company is very lucky to have such a stellar employee as Trevor. He went over and beyond explaining things to me. Thank you.

The team at Total Air is outstanding. Our AC went out overnight and we were miserable. They got a tech, Wilder, there quickly. He diagnosed the problem, a failed capacitor, replaced it and we were done within an hour. Because of the time of day and sun, our house had heated up to 86 degrees so it took a long time to cool and my wife wasn't sure that the AC was really working.
I called back and they agreed to send another tech to have a look. Patrick came, checked the work, and went into the attic, and checked the filters and confirmed that all was good. He stayed for over an hour monitoring system. When I asked about the cost of the second visit, he refused to charge saying it was all part of the service. Both Wilder and Patrick were polite, thorough, and honest.
Here's what stood out to me....at any point they could've told me anything and rung me up for big time and I wouldn't have known the difference and would've just written the check. They could've hit me up for another service call fee. They could've badmouthed the company that installed the system and told me we needed a new system or "found" some other problem but didn't, in fact they remarked on the quality of the install.
If you've been in Florida anytime at all, you know AC is a need not a want and there are a lot of companies that leverage that to cheat customers. Total Air Solutions is a great company with excellent people and we'll be going with them from now on
