This is the second time that I have used Paul to fix an appliance. This time was a washing machine that wasn't getting any hot water into it. Paul came and checked it out and discovered that the hot water wasn't turned on properly. Probably has been this way since I bought it 4 years ago and wasn't installed properly. Something so simple... Paul is a great guy and I appreciate his professionalism and his honesty.

Called this company because they had great Yelp reviews. They sent Roy to solve problem and he systematically stepped through troubleshooting the issues along with cleaning out lint in base and other stuff so that dryer continues to operate properly. Super affable guy, talked me through what was being done and solved issue. Roy was a great experience and transparent about what was done. Five stars !!!

Great service. Paul was on time and fixed the problem quickly at a reasonable price. Also fixed a couple of other things that were likely to cause problems down the road. Definitely recommend.

Paul from Help Appliance Repair recently visited our home to repair our Microwave oven. His response to our issue was extremely quick. This is the second time we have used Paul’s services. He is very professional and knowledgeable and he diagnosed the issue in a very short amount of time. I will definitely use Help Appliance Repair for any future appliance needs.

Paul arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and was able to fix my freezer leaking issue in about an hour. Additionally, he’s a very friendly guy. Would highly recommend using their services especially since I have used their services previously with a microwave issue.

Paul is awesome, I’ve used him twice on different dishwashers unfortunately and fortunately. Unfortunately because I had to wash a bunch of dishes, and fortunately because Paul saved me probably a thousand dollars by not making me buy new ones. Responsive, punctual, and more than anything honest. Awesome service!!!

Whirlpool range and whirlpool dishwasher. Curtis and the whole team at city boys was extremely helpful. My appointment was between 12-2 and I received a call at 12:40 that Curtis had arrived. They were able to resolve my issue in an efficient manner making me aware of any costs before any work was done and also educating me on the appliances I had. Highly recommend calling these guys!

City Boys R Us came highly recommended by my facebook neighborhood group. I was not disappointed. The technician showed me a flat rate repair book, explained the issue, and stated the parts were on the van. Precise, punctual, professional, and an outstanding job from the receptionist to the technician that arrived on time within the two hour window.

Highly recommend! Curtis fixed two issues with my Maytag refrigerator. He fixed a broken water line to the water dispenser and cleaned the coils. They were easy to schedule an appointment with, called back promptly as promised, and showed up on time. I will be using them for all my major appliance repairs.

I must say that CityBoysRUs came through when no other company was able to accommodate my need to repair my Whirlpool Refrigerator. My Whirlpool Refrigerator stopped cooling and I called two other Appliance Repair companies that could not service my appliance until 5 days. I called CityBoysRUs on a Monday evening to schedule an appointment and Curtis was there on Tuesday morning with the parts to make the repair. Curtis was able to come out same-day to fix a bum Whirlpool refrigerator (Wednesday before Thanksgiving - crisis!!). He was able to diagnose the problem immediately, had the part in the truck, and had everything back up and running within an hour. It was a Thanksgiving miracle! Service was great, Curtis was very professional and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I called City Boys R Us for my Whirlpool Front Load Washer. I left a message about my issue and received a return call in about 10 mins. Curtis was very polite and gave me a reasonable expectation on the time he could come out and look at our machine. He was very professional and educated us on our machine and our issue. We had to order a part, which took longer than expected to arrive, but he kept us updated on the process. Once he fixed that issue, he found another and was able to fix that one as well. This was the best service from anyone we've had come to our home for work ever!! Their prices are also very affordable. The have our business from now on!!

Our Frigidaire stackable unit's dryer broke 24 hours ago and now it's as good as new! Curtis is professional, timely and provided excellent service. He had the parts required for the fix. I'll be keeping his number and will recommend this company for quick and accurate repair.

My Maytag Bravo dryer stopped heating up yesterday and I had about 6 loads of laundry backed up--and felt a bit panicked about whether it was time to get it fixed or replaced. A quick google search turned up lots of nice reviews about this company so i called yesterday at 3pm . They got a technician to my house at 11am the VERY NEXT DAY who was able to replace the part on the spot. AMAZING. And, Curtis, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I will absolutely call them again and am a bit flabbergasted by how easy, and straightforward this was. Great work CityBoysRUS!

City Boys R US fixed my Whirlpool dryer. There were multiple issues that my dryer had. Curtis came by and promptly corrected the problems with no issues, with affordable pricing. They fixed my non rotating dyer drum and also replaced the heating element so my clothes would dry again. City Boys are an awesome appliance company. Highly recommended.

The technician who serviced my Frigidaire French Door Refrigerator was knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the issue, getting the part ordered and delivered to me in a timely manner. They were able to fit me in, in a reasonable amount of time after initial diagnosis and I couldn’t be more grateful! Pricing was fair and service was impeccable- they even took time to clean out my very much needed freezer!

Frigidaire stackable laundry unit. These guys are amazing! What I thought was only an issue with my dryer's belt turned out to be an issue with the motor and various other parts in the dryer. They were able to quickly identify the problem and provide me with a very affordable solution. It's obvious that they are very knowledgeable and passionate about their work. I would strongly recommend City Boys R Us to anyone having issues with their dryers or any other household appliances. I If I had called Sears I would have paid twice as much and gotten half of the quality of service. This is hands down the best repair service in the area.

I called for service at 8 am and was thrilled that there was a very qualified tech at my house by 10:30 am on a Friday! Curtis gave an excellent explanation of what was wrong with my Frigidaire drop-in stove, and was able to get parts & make the repair the same day. Every representative of City Boys was prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!
