We had Mike come to our house to try and fix our stove. Unfortunately, it wasn't something that could be fixed, but Mike was super nice and helpful. He also tried to minimize the cost to us, especially given it wasn't a fixable issue. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience with Appliance Care of Atlanta. The technician spent minimal time diagnosing the issue with our dishwasher before declaring the entire unit needed replacement. I was told I’d receive a call the following week when parts arrived—never happened. I had to follow up twice just to get an update.

When the technician finally came back, he replaced the parts and left without saying a word. I later discovered the dishwasher was still not working. I scheduled another visit, but when the technician called, his number showed up under a completely different name and city. I missed the call but called back within minutes—only to be told there were no slots left for the day.

Overall, poor communication, questionable service quality, and a complete lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

I paid nearly money for a service visit from Appliance Care of Atlanta to fix a freezer issue. While the technician did address the frost problem, things went downhill immediately after. Once he left, the front control panel on the freezer stopped working entirely — I couldn’t get water or ice anymore.

I contacted the company right away, but instead of taking responsibility, they started playing games. They pushed me to contact the technician directly, and when I did, he completely ignored me. I called Appliance Care of Atlanta multiple times asking for help, and each time they just told me they’d check with the technician and call me back. Of course, no one ever did.

It feels like they’re doing everything they can to dodge accountability. I’m now stuck with a half-working appliance and no support. This company operates like a scam — they take your money and leave you hanging.

Stay away. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Appliance Care of Atlanta. I paid nearly $500 for a repair on my freezer, specifically to fix a snow/ice buildup issue. While the technician did address the original problem, he left my appliance in worse condition than before. After he completed the job and left, I discovered that the front control panel was no longer functioning, and I could no longer get water or ice from the dispenser.

When I contacted the company to report the issue, they completely refused to take responsibility. Instead of helping resolve the situation, they kept deflecting blame and told me to contact the technician directly. I tried reaching out to him multiple times, but he did not respond. I also called Appliance Care of Atlanta repeatedly, but every time I was told someone would "check with the technician and get back to me", no one ever did.

It has been clear that they are trying to avoid accountability, and I have been left with a freezer that now has additional issues after paying a significant amount for what should have been a professional repair.

Avoid this company at all costs. In my experience, they operate with poor communication, no follow-through, and zero customer care. It feels like a scam operation, once they get your money, you are on your own. Stay away.

Service was fast and efficient. Issue was quickly diagnosed; the replacement part was available and quickly installed.

Will use again as needed.

My 10 year old kenmore dryer did not work even though all the lights were on. Called Appliance Care of Atlanta and they were out within 2 hours. William, the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly found the fault as a blown relay. Fixed it in a timely manner and saved me having to buy a new machine. I would highly recommend this company, quick to respond and fix my problem so I could dry all my freshly washed stuff. A big thank you to all involved.
