First time using this company. They were on time and quick to respond back on Mother’s Day of all days. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Technician was professional and very knowledgeable. Appliances were older but he was very familiar with them. He gave me some good advice tips which was a plus. He was very nice.

Comfort Appliance Repair was very quick to come out and assess our broken dryer. He gave us 2 options and the dryer was working again in less than a week! Overall, they were honest, reliable and I would 100% recommend to anyone!

We were extremely pleased with The Appliance Gals. Sharonda came out on a Thursday and diagnosed the problem, then got a replacement part and worked us in on Friday so that we had a working dryer for the weekend. Our dryer is 30 years old, so we fully expected to have to replace it, but Sharonda repaired it and it works perfectly. We also appreciated how Eunice took our order and kept us informed as to scheduling.

Our refrigerator sent us both on a frustrating journey, and the Appliance Gals had our backs along the way. Sharonda is wonderful to work with, she's friendly, punctual, and brings with her tons of experience.

Our refrigerator is in working condition again, but it did take 3 weeks time to get it done, waiting for 2 compressors to arrive from Whirlpool. (The first replacement failed immediately because of blockages in the lines that might have been undiagnosed.)

The Appliance Gals company was easy to schedule an appointment with and communicate with for the repair of my oven. The contractor completed the repair in approximately 30 minutes and was quite friendly but not overly talkative like other contractors. I would definitely use this company again. It’s also nice to have the option to work with women in the trades industry.

Edit: My dryer completely stopped working a month after the initial repair. They wanted to charge me another fee to come out to look a it. They don’t honor their 90 day warranties apparently. I would not recommend.

Our ice maker stopped working randomly and upon reaching out to the Appliance Gals, I received a call within the day to schedule an appointment and they were out to fix the ice maker within two days.
