My technician from the Appliance Gals was knowledgeable, professional, and knew what she was doing. While having a technician in your home for a broken appliance can be stressful, my technician diagnosed the problem and the repair was made quickly. I would certainly use Appliance Gals again.

My original appointment was missed by the technician but I still decided to give this company a chance because of the great reviews. We rescheduled the tech arrived and provided a diagnosis and stated I would receive a quote for replacing the part through email once she found the part and cost. Never received the email with the quote. I was a little disappointed that my experience didn't go so well and I lost the trip fee that I paid.

So grateful to have found the Appliance Gals! Washer issue discovered on Sunday, sent email to the Appliance Gals Sunday evening and within 24 hours they came, diagnosed and were on their way. Best part, there was no pressure to purchase anything unnecessarily! She was able to clear some codes and it appears that I didn’t have a major issue! She also gave me a plan, in case there is a similar issue in the future! I have definitely found my go-to appliance repair team! A++++

We keep coming back to the AGs (our 4th visit) because they know their stuff and do a great job. And they are very gracious when we had no idea that there was an on/off toggle to our Kitchen Aid ice maker. It took the lady more time to put on her booties than it did to find the switch and flip it back on.

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Eunice and Sharonda (sp?). Sharonda, the technician who came out, was professional and efficient—she diagnosed and repaired the issue by the second visit. I really appreciate that the service fee was applied to the final bill, and I didn’t feel overcharged for the repair. Overall, I had a great customer service experience and would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend!

Initially I hired the Appliance Gals because it’s a Black, female owned business and that was important to me. I’ve had the opportunity to watch the owner in action a couple of times. She always arrives with a big smile on her face and puts booties over her shoes to keep your house clean, and she really knows her stuff, as she was taught by her father, who I believe was taught by his father. She’s professional, knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly. I appreciate that her Helper from afar, Eunice, is always there to answer questions or find the answer for you and to book Sharonda ASAP. I’m really glad to have The Appliance Gals on automatic dial, because they really are the ones to call on when your kitchen is in trouble.

I was thrilled to find a women owned appliance repair company here in Atlanta. Their customer service was amazing, extremely prompt and very friendly. Sharonda was professional and explained the repairs needed for my fridge in a simple and honest way. The Appliance Gals were great! My washing machine was making a horrible sound and no longer spinning. It ended up that it could not be repaired, but I appreciated their promptness and willingness to answer my questions about what are the best washing machine manufacturers, things to look out for when purchasing a new one, etc. I found the Appliance Gals to be very friendly and knowledgeable both when I called to make the appointment and when they arrived at my home to look at the washing machine. I was sad my washer had to be retired but it was pretty old. I am glad I now have a reliable resource for any future appliance needs. I would highly recommend this company.:)
