The repair technician (William) was knowledgeable and very efficient. Total price seemed a little high but guess that’s just the way things are today. Will definitely use again.

Mark was on time and very precessional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented the options that I had for the repair. My washer was up and running within an hour after he picked up the replacement part.

Vic is amazing! We had more trouble with the Dacor oven and we thought it was dead… Dacor corporation got involved and asked Vic to come and take a look… and through his patience and experience he was able to recalibrate the oven!! He saved the day!!

Russell did an exceptional job of diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator and repairing it in a timely manner. He patiently answered all my questions and even gave me a check-in call later that night to see if the refrigerator still was running properly. I highly recommend Appliance Care of Atlanta.

Gave details to service tech, that dryer was not drying and it was making a loud noise. I was told by the service repair guy that he didn’t hear any noise and he just changed the heating element. The very next day the dryer was back to making loud noises again. The office said they would have to charge us another service fee to come out again. I told them it was pertaining to the same problem I already paid for. The service tech never came out. We paid over $350 for a dryer that’s still broken!

We can’t speak more highly of this company. They sent someone on the same day we called to repair two appliances. We are so grateful to James who repaired both appliances without having to come back with parts. He had everything he needed with him. James was not only knowledgeable but kind and respectful. We will always request James for any further repairs. We love this company.

the technician Vic was great - on time (actually early!), very professional, troubleshot multiple issues timely. No pushy unnecessary repairs or procedures recommended. Not cheap, but very fair pricing compared to other places i have called in the past. Great acumen on a variety of appliances/manufacturers.

I had part installed on refrigerator in July but stated buzzing again one month later.Finally called December 4 and part out of warranty after 90 days. Don’t recommend the company. Parts should last longer than 90
days. I should’ve kept better records but also need to find more reputable repair people that know what they’re doing.

We have used Appliance Care of Atlanta several times before now and each time they have not just met my expectations, which doesn't happen very often much anymore, they have exceeded my expectations every time!
Serg was awesome. Our freezer fan was making a lot of noise and we were worried it may stop the freezer from working. The freezer is packed with meat! This could have been a BIG loss.
Serg arrived right on time, quickly found the problem and then dropped the bomb, he would need to order the part, It was in stock but he would need to come back to replace it.
Without asking, Serg said he would go by the warehouse to pick up the part and come back the very next day.
THIS exceeded my expectations. I have had to wait as much as 10 days to have an ordered part installed.
If you need an appliance repaired, this is the company to call.

My partnership owns a duplex in Atlanta. Needed major appliances in both units checked and repaired – 10 altogether. Very happy with the service I received. Vic (repairman) seemed quite knowledgeable. Found best quality and least expensive parts to replace items that were broken. Vic did what he said and said what he did = high integrity. Not cheap but worth every penny. Highly recommend.

We called on a Friday about our oven not heating consistently. They came out on Monday. Our repairman (Paul) diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us a quote that was MUCH cheaper than buying a new stove/range. I approved it, and he made the replacement/repair quickly. He even identified a possible issue that only cost an additional $25 to address.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend these folks.
